The store is clean, well organised and easy to find what you are looking for. All of the staff are attentive and friendly, and in particular the lady who helped us named Holly was delightful. She was excellent with my son and I really appreciated the help.

I would absolutely come back, and I would also recommend it to others.

We go to Clarks for school shoes every year. I went as a kid and now I bring my son because I know he’ll get a well fitted pair of shoes that last the test of a child! Ispraha was fantastic and would definitely request her in the future.

Went to clarks today to find new schools shoes. Was greeted by a lovely Tess. Tess helped us out so much as we are very awkward. Tess was very friendly, kind and patient towards to us. Thanks to Tess our trip was easy and shoes were sorted.

Always wonderful service, was served by Eliza who was extremely helpful and made our experience very easy in what was a very crazy shop.

Tess was very understanding and patient with my 3 children. 1 had issues with her feet and requires insoles, etc and Tess understood what we were looking for and always brought a variety of shoes to try each on. Thanks Tess

Amy was fantastic at measuring and sorting my little boy’s school shoes out. When I mentioned we were planning a trip to Paris she even gave us tips for places to visit with him. I will be in with my older boy as she was so helpful and knowledgeable.

Was looked after by Jane, she was great with my daughter, couldn't do enough and was very helpful and friendly.

Our appointment was taken exactly on time despite the store being really busy and Aimee was really helpful. Measured and fitted in no time.

School shoes for our autistic pre-schooler. Popped into the Forestside store (N.Ireland) and it was heaving! Was able to book a timed slot to return 45 mins later (easy!) Served so rapidly and Lauren was absolutely lovely with our son, we really appreciated it. Best shoe-shopping trip so far. Impressive set-up, and a great range of shoes to choose from.

Quick service. It was evident that the manger had everything under control at a very busy time of year.

Fiona in Forestside was amazing today. She went above and beyond and was especially good with my child with additional needs who really didn’t want to be buying black school shoes! They were so busy but she was attentive and got us exactly what we needed, thank you!

We had a brilliant experience with Connie in Forestside Clarks this morning. My son has additional needs and we were able to book an appointment half an hour before the store opened. It made such a difference to him and for the first time he sat and allowed his feet to be measured. He doesn’t cope at all when it’s busy so this was fantastic. I was able to get my other son measured at the same time too.

Staff were brilliant and very accommodating with our appointment today and couldn't do enough for us, very helpful and understanding. Made everything so much easier for us today, great range of stock and good value would definitely recommend. Many thanks to Connie and the manager Geraldine for all thier help. Excellent service.

I brought my Autistic non-speaking son to Forestside store in Belfast for school shoes. When I alerted staff that my son was autistic and would find waiting in the childrens section stressful Rita kindly showed us to a quieter part of the store for fitting and Anne helped us straight away with the measuring,fitting and selecting shoes. Anne was very patient and knowledgeable and made the experience a lot less stressful for my son. It really is those small considerations that make a difference to neurodivergent families.
