We were very impressed with our visit to Clarks in Bath this morning.We had come to buy school shoes, and it was very busy but the shop had a very good system in place and the young man who served us , Ted, was very
friendly and helpful.He was very thorough and knowledgeable and gave exceptional service .

We were greeted and quickly served by Louise in your Bath store. Louise was polite, confident and very helpful. We purchased some shoes for my son for his final year in sixth form-( only feels like a moment ago we were buying his first pair of school shoes from Clarks).
She explained how to keep them looking good with various products, which was very helpful.

Ted was kind attentive and friendly

My twin Boys were seen today by Isla in the Bath store for their new school shoes, she was brilliant! Really good with the boys and knew her stuff. Will definitely be back

Excellent service from Isla in the children's department, Bath

Went to the Clarks shop in Bath to have my sons feet measured and to look at school shoes. Toby was so helpful and patient with my son who has autism. He made the trip so much easier and enjoyable for us both! Will definitely be returning.
