Top service from Callum at the Basingstoke branch. He really understood the products inside out and sold me a pair of winter shoes which are really top quality. You can't go wrong with Clarks - will definitely return to buy more shoes!

Excellent service from Lucy in Basingstoke who was very patient and kind with my children!

I visited the Basingstoke store yesterday to purchase school shoes for my children and was served by Alice. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient especially with one of my children being less than enthusiastic about the shoe shopping experience. Despite the shop being busy, Alice took the time to ensure my children's new shoes fitted properly so I did not feel rushed. I was very impressed with her customer service and would highly recommend the Basingstoke branch.

Well organised, knowledgeable and kind staff who managed our first school shoes purchase. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff - made it an enjoyable experience when I was expecting to feel stressed!

Daisy helped us in store today too her time and made my son feel good about himself as he was nervous and couldn't do shoelaces. Despite the manager trying to speed things up and making it awkward she held her own and is a credit to the company. Anyone getting kids shoes at Basingstoke Clarks highly recommended asking for her. Thank you and well done.

Milena was very helpful and accommodating while completing a measurement plus consultation for some shoes. Milena was very knowledgable about the shoes she was providing and gave us sound advice on the shoes we purchased.

Lovely welcome into Clarks at Basingstoke Festival Place by Callum. He kindly asked how he could help us on arrival and provided great customer service. Measured my daughter's feet efficiently and helped her find the best fitting shoe size of her favourite shoe. Also offered great value shoe care pack to help keep them looking good. Also provided guidance on other shoes for my younger child. Would definitely recommend and will return!
