Support team is great

Payout MT5 migration

I had a very positive experience with Clarity Traders, thanks to the excellent support from Ika S. It was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout my payout request, even with delays due to the MT5 migration. Ika made the process clear and stress-free, always following up and ensuring I had the right information. Highly recommend mentioning her name for top-notch support!

Avoid Clarity Traders

I started a 5k challenge and hit the 10% target in 3 days time. My win ratio was positive including all other metrics. I woke up on the 4th day to find a notice that my profit target had been increased because i did not meet the consistency rule. Based on the 5k challenge my consistency profit target was 30%. In 3 days I was at 70%+. So basically i made more money in a short amount of time. For this specific challenge it states that i only have to trade a minimum of 2 days. In other words the rule says i should be making no more than $150 (30%) per day. This is trading! The goal is to make money!!! I am currently at 70% consistency. The only way i can reach the 30% consistency rule is to stop trading for several weeks, so that the daily profit average lowers down to 30%. I've never seen this madness before. Just another way to hold profits back from traders and keep money. I obviously reached out to the company only to get responses from AI simply citing the consistency rule.

Account Error

Clarity made a mistake with my account again... The maximum daily loss is $5,000 Today I had a loss of $4,270 and Clarity took my account away for exceeding the maximum daily loss!!! I have already sent an email, I hope they review the account because the loss was $4,270 and not $5,000

I passed my challenged over two months…

I passed my challenged over two months ago and just today i received my phase 2 kyc verification, now i did that and for some reason it has failed and i cannot get ahold of anyone for help

Account suspended for no reason

I've successfully taken 15+ payouts from ClarityTraders without any issues. But suddenly, without warning, they suspended my email access and trading account — right after requesting my latest payout. There was no explanation, no communication, and no valid reason provided.

After being a consistent trader and following all rules, this treatment is extremely unprofessional and suspicious. It raises serious concerns about trust and transparency.

I’m still waiting for my payout, and I request immediate resolution.

However, we must clarify some important facts. You have never made a single purchase on our platform. All 14 challenges and 5 funded accounts you received were granted to you free of charge, either through promotions or as goodwill gestures. Despite this, your recent behavior has been consistently disrespectful toward our support staff, including repeated and aggressive demands for additional free accounts.

Clarity Traders is a business — not a charity. While we’ve gone above and beyond to support you in the past, continued entitlement and unprofessional conduct will not be tolerated. As such, your account has been restricted in line with our Terms of Service.

We stand by our decision and will not be granting you any more free challenges.

I must say Clarity has been the only…

I must say Clarity has been the only Prop firm I’ve used and I have received all my payouts. They are really unique in offering 100% profit payout which means they stands by their traders. Really impressed with all that they have done so far.
