They are not giving me my money.
I bought a funded account 3 weeks ago. I worked for 2 weeks and at the end of the week they didn't add my profit to the dashboard. After that I couldn't withdraw money. Then when the 3rd week started they changed my MT5 password. I write to support every day about these 2 problems but neither of them has solved it for 10 days. They neither withdraw my money nor my MT5 account details...😔🥺

I will update this review once I have a successful payout with this company, but until then, I have to commend the service that seems to be available 24/7. There hasn’t been an issue or something that I needed help with that the staff has not been able to assist with. NORMAN and ANNA have been the reps to help me most recently. ARUM as well, when it came to relaying information from the back end team. IF this prop ends up paying me when the time comes, then I will say hands down that this is the best there is. Just hanging on to a little reservation until then. There also seem to be some pretty regularly occurring issues with accounts not updating on the clarity dashboard, or “server maintenance” happening that make things seem a little sketchy to someone who has not yet had a confirmed payment from this company. But we shall see what happens!
