Charged $29.99 without clear consent
I signed up for ClarityCheck thinking it was a one-time $0.50 trial for a single lookup. There was no clear indication that this would turn into a recurring subscription.
Later, I was charged $29.99 on February 1, 2026 without clear consent or proper warning that I was being enrolled into a subscription plan.
I tried contacting support but the process is not straightforward and the communication feels automated and unhelpful.
I am currently disputing this charge with my bank due to the lack of transparency in the billing process.
Be very careful before using this service, as the subscription terms are not clearly presented

They stole money from me, even though I had not registered with them, no email sent to me, nothing. Just stole my money. I had not consented to this. Never even subscribed or anything. Zero customer communication, zero way of contacting them back.
