I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service for 2 months, I haven't had any reply at all, not on calls, not on emails... absolutely nothing. Given the price of the brush which died after one month of use... it's a bit hard to swallow.
Honestly stay away. Purchased the alpha fit which stopped charging after 6-7months. Sent to Clarisonic for review who agreed device was defective and offered a refund.... 3 months ago. I'm still waiting, they don't answer the phone, nor do they reply to emails. Save yourself the trouble.
Worst customer service ever. Flat out refusing to even answer questions about a faulty device. I'd stay far away from these sharks if I had known better.
Very good experience with this company. The Clarisonic Aria is excellent, not ridiculously expensive and was delivered quickly. Would recommend.
