This is the most terrible customer service I have ever known . They do not respond to anything you send them and make promises they do not keep . I’m asking for a refund of vouchers now but impossible to contact them . No live chat despite advertising it . Terrible company

DO NOT SHOP ONLINE!
I ordered products on the 31st of December (CLR_IE00450489) and I still haven't recieved them. Tracking information said error for 2 weeks and now its saying they are in Oirschot NL. They haven't moved since the 15th. I spoke to a woman in customer service who said "your order is lost, you just have to wait". 3-4 days delivery it says on the website. I go on holiday tomorrow and I expected to have these products by then. Not good enough. Will never shop online with Clarins again.

Anti-Aging Beautu Treats
I’ve just purchased an Anti-Aging Beauty Treats starter kit and was unpacking it when I held it up to a lamp to read the product title. The light showed the amount of product in each container. In one, it has just over a centimetre of contents. The other one is just as bad.
I’ve taken photographs and kept the seals on and will be returning the product.
Why that size of containers for such a small amount?
I love Clarins and use it every day, but these starter kits are not value for money and I’m so disappointed.

Faulty spray mechanism on perfume bottles
The spray mechanism on the au dynamisante bottles are not fit for purpose. I am now on my third, having had the previous two replaced in store as I had a pitifully slow response from online customer services. Now the third bottle has stopped spraying within a month, rendering the product useless. Clarins has clearly changed their design but it is totally useless. What is going on?! Not good enough. I shall not purchase this product again.

Clarins - John Lewis Leeds
We visited the Clarins in John Lewis in Leeds to buy a facial treatment for my Mum for a Christmas present. The friendly and helpful lady that served us offered myself and my friend a free taster facial treatment and we of course said yes.
Our facials were done by Olivia and Isabella and they were very lovely and informative. The facials were amazing and just what we needed after a day of shopping.
Really friendly staff that went above and beyond😊

Such an awful experience
Such an awful experience, I paid a lot for next day delivery and now I'm being told my items would be here the 29th, when I asked to cancel and obtain a refund I was told 'no' it was to late, despite them not being dispatched, and I was told to refuse the delivery, not even a sorry or explanation why I paid for next day delivery and it would not arrive! Not good customer service!
Now I'm having to pay again for a Christmas present (else where clearly!!)
To say I am disappointed in my clarins experience is an understatement!

I'm posting this review to understand if Clarins has changed formula of the Eau Ressourcante. I sprayed this on a number of occasions using testers and I had a positive opinion about it. After some time, I recently purchased it from 3 different places including Clarins website, because I don't think it smells as it used to be whatsoever. If I read the description on Clarins websites I can't smell any Iris any Benzoin anything in particular if not a citrusy alcohol feeling. I purchased it 3 times in a row to understand but what's going on about it?? It's not pleasant but a waste of money. Also the body lotion is almost the same.

Awful customer experience, terrible company
I placed an order for Christmas presents for my parents on 17th December with 3-4 days shipping. Which if shipped on Monday 18th it would be here at the latest by 22nd. I received tracking on Monday 18th stating my parcel would be delivered by 27th…. What a load of nonsense. So I contacted clarins and asked them to cancel the order and recall the package through UPS snail mail that they use (the really cheap service) and it shouldn’t be a problem as it takes so long to deliver there is plenty of time to recall. Thomas gets back to me and states that they will recall the package and when THEY receive the package back only THEN can I get my refund. A few days before Christmas this horrible company leaves people without gifts for their loved ones and won’t issue refund immediately in order for the person to buy other gifts. I am appalled at this disgusting company thinking everyone has endless pots of money to spend. I would rather hand someone cash then clarins products

Faulty atomisers & rubbish customer service!
Atomisers on both a 200ml and a travel-sized 100ml bottles of Eau Dynamisante eau de toilette stopped spraying within a week or so of buying.
Very unsatisfactory & slow response from the Clarins customer service team. They were not willing to trust their customer and ask for the items to be retirned in exchange for replacements, were nit particularly apologetic either. I had to waste my time looking for receipts, taking photos of batch umbers, etc before they would act. Even then, it only amounted to a replacement atomiser, despite the fact that I had had to remove the lid altogether to be able to use the perfume by 'splashing' it on and, as a result, must have used so much more than if the atomiser spray had been working. To add insult to injury, there were no atomisers in stock, so I waited weeks for any arrival. When it finally turned up, there was only ONE atomiser enclosed (despite me explaining from the start that BOTH bottles were faulty). The note also said that a free sample was enclosed as a means of apology - there was NOTHING but the 1 atomiser!
I emailed customer service again to say there was only 1 atomiser (& no free sample), but have had no reply a week or more later!
In the meantime, unbelievably, the NEW atomiser has STOPPED spraying!!! I have just phoned the Head Office, but the receptionist said there was no-one who I could speak to in order to make a complaint. Instead, she said she would email the Team Leaders of customer service and someone would phone me, so that I could pass on my complaint.
I am totally frustrated and am tempted to NEVER buy Clarins again, despite having worn this perfume for the past 30+ years!!! It really is ridiculously poor customer service for a product that isn't at all cheap.

Ordered an advent calendar on 27th of…
Ordered an advent calendar on 27th of November thinking it would be here in a few days, 2 weeks later and still no parcel. So I asked for a refund only to be told it’s too late and will have to refuse delivery. No apologies. Just need to send it back. Probably won’t be refunded till February.

No refund on faulty goods .
Sent back faulty double serum that only dispensed clear greasy fluid. They had asked for photos of product batch number etc which I sent. They say it not received and won’t replace until they get it due to ‘Quality Control’ purposes.
I looked up UK Government Consumer rights and can’t find anywhere that this is a reason for refusing a refund on something they agreed was faulty after seeing the photos.
Customer service is hard to contact. I waited an hour to speak to someone. No one will help and now they’re not answering my emails. I am sending a copy of my emails and the photos to BBC Watchdog and Trading Standards. I have spent £100’s with Clarins over the years. No more !

Today finally told that item has been received and that a replacement has been sent along with a gift to apologise

I placed an order for a few items taking advantage of the 20% discount. All items arrived very quickly and beautifully packaged, and also with a free gift and 3 samples as well. They must be very busy this time of year but still provided a great service at a very good price, and I will continue to use the online service for the future.

24 advent calender bad experience
My review is about the 24 advent calander I bought resently. I was so excited for opening my present, but the moment I unwrapped the box, I noticed a very strange and disgusting smell. I don't even want to use the products anymore, as they also stink because of the box... I got really nautious because of it and I don't even think it is safe. I don't understand that if you make such a luxury product, that you don't think about the smell.... It is really sad that it does the products no honour.. I am used to buy Clarins products, but this is really bad and in my opinion you can't sell products with such bad smell... It is not what I am used of Clarins and I am very very dissappointed...
