They were supposed to do an end of tenancy deep clean, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. I took photos when my teneant moved out and then after Clarick did their 'deep clean' and the toilets and oven were not even touched. I tried taking them to small claims court, but the court gave a court date when I was out of the country even though I stated dates I couldn't attend, so Clarick got away with providing such a poor service. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Emailed them through website Tuesday, no reply. Phoned Wednesday, was told someone would ring back later that day or maybe the next day. No call!
Need a regular cleaning company for monthly , whole house blitz and very disappointed they didn't even have the courtesy of a phonecall.

They do not reply to Emails.They do not keep appointments. They do not reply to phone calls! Worst company ever!

Clarick Cleaning arranged a deep clean on a Sunday and at short notice as we needed the work done urgently.

Sam and Amanda have done a really great job and left the house much cleaner after a hard day's work.

I had 2 cleaners come out to do a deep clean on my grandmothers house prior to the house going on the market. From start to finish the service was 5 star. Communication was excellent and the job that was carried out was far better than anything that I could have achieved in twice the amount of time. I will certainly be recommending this company to any friends and family that may require their services.

I have had my cleaner Kayleigh for almost 5 months now and I have nothing but praise for her. She is an absolutely gem. She goes through my house like a whirlwind. I have a large house 5 bedrooms and they are now all spotless. Kayleigh will do extra jobs if asked and even asks me if she can do other stuff to help, ie use my carpet cleaner to do areas of carpet where there is heavy traffic. She is always on time, always polite and such a lovely person. So glad I have her to help us out.

Always on time, honest, helpful, and will clean where asked a godsend to me as Jacqui cleans all through for me, as I have very bad arthritis, waiting on a hip replacement. We have time for a quick chat when she arrives. Very good service and friendly.

Reliable and trustworthy. Straight forward and easy set up. Cleaners represent Clarick Cleaning very well.

Although there was initially some problem in staff members finding our property and our first cleaner leaving and no one contacting us with a replacement, they have been first class. So I can't give a 5 star review but they are well worth a 4 star review. If things continue with the current lady I hope to be able to increase this to a 5 star review in time.

Set up took longer than I expected but we are very lucky to have had Jayne Jennis as our cleaner for a good while now,. such a pleasant and efficient lady.
