This is a cheap Chinese company offering cheap shoes. Their customer service is non-existent. They sent me the wrong colour shoes twice and instead of giving me back my money offered me discounts for buying more shoes which I didn't want. If I sent the shoes back at my own expense and there was a cost for delivering the shoes up from Chinese customs, they would refuse to pay the fee and not receive the goods so I would not be recompensed.
Don't buy from them.

Once again I have fallen into the trap of ordering some lovely evening shoes only to receive, eventually, the wrong sized shoes. No refund just offered me a discount off next order. No way would I order anything from them.
These companies should be closed down.

Absolute dreadful pair of shoes turned up after several weeks. More reminiscent of black daps. Supposed to be diamonte around the toes and sides. No it isn’t! Rubber polished to a shine. Absolute rubbish. Avoid at any cost. I have wasted money. Don’t you do the same.

Facebook link to OUTLETS UK with address of claksfit.com = scam. They DO NOT do free returns despite saying so on their advertisements and website - instead my £120 order will cost £40+ to return. I thought PayPal would protect me but no - they cannot enforce free return postage. Seller offered discount/partial refund to keep boots but they are not good quality and arrived folded in half and damaged. They are registered in the UK - EVOIRINK - but still refuse to provide UK return address. They need shutting down.

Well I did ordered one pair last week (82573 refference) and I did payid for them and I have noy receive anything regarding the product or delivery.
So you advertise on Facebook to con people ? to take they money for nothing?

After the company sent the wrong items that were not ordered over 50 emails they offered five or 10% refund. We spent £38 but the cost to return the item that I never orderedwas £26.50 they would not cover the cost, no refund
