The travel bag looks great on the Facebook page, however when received it’s cheap and nasty. I took the bag away for a weekend travel and there is no padding in the straps or handles it makes the bag very uncomfortable to carry around and didn’t fit as much as I anticipated. I will still to my faithful rucksack. The quality of the material used for the bag is also pretty cheap and nasty. It doesn’t look like a quality bag, I will more than likely bin it

Paid £44 for 2 towels. Arrived today. When opened there there was a lot of loose fluff from the blue of Union Jack on the white of Union Jack. Thought I'd put it in washer, ln their own, at low heat as instruction label stated to remove loose fluff. When I took towels out of washer I was disgusted as the dye from blue fluff had severely marked the towels on the white part of U ion Jack. The N's on the personalisation is also backwards. The towels would have been fantastic if they weren't ruined by issues. What a shame and can't return because of personalisation. Will never buy for them again or recommend to anyone.

I ordered 15 days ago, on 2nd Feb and my order hasn’t even been shipped. The customer service department is non existent, just the same person replying at random time of day. Apparently they’re moving premises so no orders are being shipped yet haven’t bothered to put this on their website or inform customers. Are refusing cancellations even though they’re not posting anything.
Fraudulent company, avoid at all costs!

Absolute worst! I've never bought anything from them, but I keep being resubscribed to their mailing list (received from their toxicfox.co.uk email) without me having visited their website in 7+ years, let alone having ever re-subscribed to their crappy newsletter.

Terrible service and the product is such poor quality!
Ordered on the 18th August was told it would be dispatched on the 23rd August, after a week late I messaged them, very poor response times and response in general.
Arrived on the 4th September, 3 days after my daughter went to school which meant I had to purchase another bag for her to take! again had no dispatched emails from the supplier.

Once arrived the quality is awful I could of done a better job with a cricut machine and a cheap bag from sports direct, the bag itself was just chucked in a parcel bag, nothing covering the product to protect, bag wide open with the a delivery label shoved in the front punch.
The main vinyl sticker is coming away and the colours are so faded and grainy it was not worth the money!
I wish I had read reviews before hand as I would never have purchased!

Ordered 3 items at Christmas costing over £200. Received one of them (beach bag) which broke and writing starting coming off after first use. They offered me a part refund of £7 for a £50 item (pathetic) and said they would send out some spare parts to repair the bow which broke- never received these.
The other two items, when chased, I was refunded for one (towel) but the suit case I still haven’t received anything and still getting ignore via email.
Will never use these again to buy anything which is a shame as they do create some nice bits.

I ordered from Clairebella as wanted a cute gift to myself for a bag for holiday. I was so excited and ordered. My order took over a month to be delivered and I had to chase multiple times as it took so long to dispatch (and longer that they had advised on the order). If I knew it would take so long I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place. Finally they sent the item out and I received the parcel. It was what I wanted but came with black splotches of paint on it and very messy- I was very unhappy with this quality for the price I paid. They asked me to return it so they could rectify it and said they’d send me the money the delivery for the return (I still haven’t received this!!). After a few weeks the bag came back but was missing the bow it came with. The customer service aspect was good and Konstantinos was very good at replying to my emails and sorting the issues out. I’m shocked at the lack of quality checks they have before sending out as I’ve had over 2 issues and not received my money for the return which was nearly £10. I will need to chase this and I will never buy from this company again, it’s not worth the hassle and I wish I’d seen the reviews before buying.

Really poor product…. Bought 2 personalised onesies for my children for Christmas which were not cheap. My daughter’s zip broke on the day which we fixed (shouldn’t have to) and we didn’t think much of it. Now it’s apparent that it is because these are poorly/cheaply made sadly. Since this the personalisation has peeled off and the zip on my son’s onesie has also come off. I should stress that they wear these once per week to go swimming and I don’t wash after every use. Waste of money.

Read other reviews and take note, previous reviews state if you want a prominent name don’t bother, reviews couldn’t be more spot on, I brought my daughters first clareabelka bag as Years ago I brought myself some and we found them and my daughter wanted one, so we went ahead and designed and purchased and paid the well overpriced delivery charge! It turned up and the last two letter of my daughter’s name were so close together that it didn’t even look like her name!!! I contacted customer service and was told I couldn’t have a refund or another one as it was personised !!! Even sent photos! They offered me a 70% discount on another product, but the problem with this is the code only works when an item is full price and as you know everything is sold as 50% off or half price for a limited time , this is just to get you to order before the deadline! There is no deadline ! They have these deals all the time, I contacted customer service to let them know the code wouldn’t work, oh and I’ve heard nothing! Great customer service ! Hey!!! The product itself is cheap and the quality over the years has really gone down hill. As I have one from 15 years ago to compare it with that is still going! It now after what 6 weeks looks tatty the bows have fallen off and the personsation is diabolical! Do not buy!!!!!! If only trust pilot would let you add photos!

I have ordered a bag, I paid £5.99 for delivery but didn’t get a date in which to expect … 17 days later 3 emails later to which have still been ignored I have decided I want a refund and will never use the company again. Shocking customer service!

Bought three towels from this company which was selling them 50% off.
The towel quality is fine and they arrived in good time.
However, popmoji logo is very prominent under the names.
Why wasn’t it hidden on the other side? Why dont the adverts show such a prominent logo?
Company repose No refund as personalised! Of course they are personalised! Offer me a discount? I’ve spent £60 and feel ripped off

Absolutely shocking quality. My husband bought 2 personalised bedding sets for our daughters and the material is like a shower curtain! And it was so overpriced. Never again

Poor quality money grabbers bought multiple items over 25 no tracking for the items available Nov 16th purchased and a month on still haven't recieved or responded to. Save you're self the hassle. Avoid.

It is not even worth 1 star there items have gone down hill the quality is shocking, using cheap materials but charging extortionate prices, I have been using this company for years never again, the customer service is shocking I received a towel that was falling apart I got offered 50% off a new one, what I should have been given is a new one, why would I pay out more money absolutely disgusting service. They have now lost a good customer. Which they don’t care

I ordered a chopping board, but when it arrived it had multiple faults - poor placement, scratches, poor colour saturation. Claireabella were good in responding quickly and offered a reprint, but I had to pay again for delivery. When the second board arrived, it too had multiple issues - scratches, poor placement, a tear in the backing meaning that water will be able to penetrate and lift the design off. I have chosen not to pursue this further and will put it down to experience- I’ll know better for future.

Bought a jute bag 4th bag purchased. The design came and totally the wrong picture on and painting was awful splodges everywhere customer service has been shocking

I bought myself and my daughter a onesie from this company. They’re quite expensive but I’d seen a child’s one before and it looked nice. They are personalised with you ‘character’ on the back and are quite fun. However, when they arrived it was clear that mine was a totally different material to the children’s ones. The description says they’re the same, but unlike my daughter’s which was warm jumper material, mine is like a dirty old t shirt. The material is thin, itchy and poorly put together. It looks faded and isn’t warm at all. Like a t shirt onesie. It feels rough against your skin and I wouldn’t be able to wear it. I queried the company and they have refused a refund or any kind of replacement. They have said its tough basically. All they will offer is a voucher towards another adult onesie! Why would I give them any more money and especially for another of the same?! Such a rip off. Will never buy again and would NOT recommend!!
