Nightmarishly incompetent

Nightmarishly incompetent, unethical company. They are hired by insurance companies to help people get SSA disability to "offset" (i.e reduce) the amount insurers have to pay. They actually make it harder to get approved by failing to follow up and introducing an additional middleman. My original application was not filed because SSA didn't consider their representative legally binding so I had to wait another year. Then the second year they sent the wrong documents and didnt follow up. They also work for insurance companies not you so will back channel information that could hurt you in the event of a dispute. You do not have to use them it is optional you just have to apply on many policies though not all. Even if you are hiring them directly they are so incompetent you are better off just hiring a lawyer to manage the application for you. Stay away.

My Experience was Excellent

I was asked by my LTD insurance company, Lincoln Financial, if I wished to use Claimify to help me apply for SSDI. My state is infamous for denying applicants that appear to be a no brainer approval so I agreed. I was approved almost immediately upon eligibility date. I was injured 28 March 2025, LTD began end of June, eligible for SSDI 1 September 2025 and received approval letter from SSDI 21 December 2025 and a direct deposit of all monies due by 23 December. There were forms from SSDI that I had to complete because no one else could answer the questions, not even a representative. I kept Claimify updated on all doctors and appointments which they then passed to SSDI along with any Dr reports needed. I did need to speak with SSDI on two occasions, because they asked Claimify if they could! Everyone from both companies was always polite and compassionate. I feel for those that did not have this experience but, my experience with them was positive and obviously very short resolution time.

Only got one star as I can’t give 0.

Only got one star as I can’t give 0.
The product doesn’t work. When I tried to return it I’ve been told repeatedly that it was a final sale. This has been my response repeatedly-
Since I saw nothing that notified me it was a final sale and there were no refunds I do not accept your explanation. I’ve seen several other reviews and statements from others that have said the same thing so I believe this is a scam. The item does not work.it does not cool down as advertised Most companies back up their product. I expect to be told how to get a refund.

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company - can’t even call it a services because that is not a word I would associate with this company!
I placed an order for a trail but they immediately signed me up for a subscription!!!
I have sent several emails requesting this to be stopped but months later I have not had a response and they continue to take money from my account!!!

My impression of claimify

I was diagnosed with a terminal medical condition and Social Security still denied me. The disability group got me hooked up with Claimify and in no time I was approved with no bill. They will also get me signed up for Medicare for free. I absolutely recommend this service.

Claimify is useless, they do not help claimants

Claimify doesn't really do anything to help us. I'm not actually sure what they do with their working hours and headcount. I've been handling all my own paperwork, coordination of providers and reporting, and cleaning up the mess made by SSD. Claimify claims to be my representative, but anytime I have a question as to what SSD is doing now (as in when SSD sends me a letter saying providers aren't responding and I find out they sent all my NPI to random providers I've never worked with or heard of), Claimify tells me I have to call SSD and I have to find my SSD contact name and number (impossible really) and I have to complete all the paperwork in a marginal window despite the fact that I'm struggling with physical disability and extreme pain levels. What is the point of Claimify then if I'm doing all the work and cleaning up everyone else's messes? And one of the Claimify representatives has a terrible attitude and is near abusive to claimants. It's an ugly situation all around and I do not recommend allowing Claimify to "represent" you, just do it on your own and save yourself the stress.
