Good contact, after over 3 months i get the money

My representative made filing my claim very easy, but, more importantly, she communicated with me. She informed me of the expected timeframe to resolve my case, and provided immediate response to my requests for status.

Nobody needs this company. It’s faster for you to just google [airline name] and eu 261 and fill the claim form yourself. This save you approx 300 euro and claim flights will ask for it anyway.

Failed to fulfill my claim... no reason given why it was failed. Tried another company and they easily fixed it no problem. Only upside is I didn't pay them any money.

I never claimed anything from airlines before, if anything - I would just accept their goodwill gesture, which doesn't always cover the costs of the new arrangements you need to take as a result of a delayed flight. After looking through many different companies that specialise is filing compensation claims, I decided to go with Claim Flights and I was pleasantly surprised! Shortly after submitting the information on the website I got an email from Agnieszka and her assistance was really good, swift and clear. She was always giving me the full description of what has been done, what is worked on and what outcome will this bring. I was also notified we won the case - and got the money transfer soon after (this might differ according to different banks' policies though). All in all if I even experience delay or a cancellation, I will be back :)

I've got a real human answering me during the whole process, who was honest, transparent about what is possible and what is not.
