I highly recommend this company. Their agent, Agnieszka Fanslau, guided me through the entire process in a clear and professional manner. She explained the entire procedure and provided me with a timeline. I highly recommend them.

Although the process took over 4 months, we were advised of the conditions and expectations up-front, and we were kept fully informed along the way. Communications from Agnieszka were professional and respectful.

We made a claim back in June and were assigned Agnieszka Fanslau to help us. It was very easy to make the claim , just needed all the relevant details . If we were unsure or did something not quite right Agnieszka guided us.
The only down side is how long this process does take , it took almost 4 months to receive the money but this has nothing to do with the actual company. We would use again.

This company is both professional and persistent! They didn't just allow United Airlines to dismiss our claim for pennies - they explained that they are willing to do what is needed to collect what i was owed by UA - Agnieszka Fanslau, was fantastic from start to finish. Agnieszka, also explained to me that with UA, we should expect them to fight our claim and delay but was unyielding! Thank you Agnieszka! I will always come back to them for any future claims.
