Arrived late ,what did arrive, not all the

An error was corrected very quickly and generously.

2 months waiting for my Order:
Paid for my order on Dec 12th 2023 and still haven't received it, have sent numerous emails and all I get is an automated reply. Awful customer service, there is no phone number to contact.
Just a really bad experience

As some of you who read reviews will have noticed i was not a happy bunny regarding an order which went missing over the Christmas period, the original order is still missing but i have had a constructive conversation with the guys from Claddagh records and we are now friends again issues resolved. Just to say an order i wanted arrived in the UK no problem so my trust and faith has been restored in Claddagh and the postal system well done boys and thanks. Happy Customer Steve.

Twice I've tried to buy a vinyl, I've got my address in Argentina accepted and my card charged but the item never got sent and now you refund me the last one without a reason...

I still don’t have my order. I don’t find this very satisfying at all. I made my purchase 26th December and nothing has been updated since 4th January with no delivery to date.

I ordered my items 2 months ago and haven't received them. Have sent several email but the last 2 this week have remained unanswered. Don't know where my items are and it was quite a large order.

Shocking service. Ordered an album Christmas day. Presumed they'd be closed for the holidays but the website didn't mention anything extended and said shipping was 1-2 biz days. Checked in via email to get an automated response that they were closed till Jan 2nd. Still no word on shipping. Contacted twice on website form and two emails with zero responses. They don't have a phone number on their website. Showed shipped on the 4th but only that they'd notified an post! It stayed that way for another 11 days at which point I contacted the bank to reverse the payment. I received the record the very next day. The day after receipt I got an email to say there was a delay in the shipment! Disaster and waiting 3 weeks was unacceptable. And ignoring emails when it's the only point of contact is also unacceptable. Will never order from here again and wouldn't recommend it!

I had a problem with an order before Christmas. I got a prompt response and was assured that the order was dispatched and would be delivered before Christmas. It wasn't and has never arrived. My real issue is the fact that my numerous emails have gone unanswered. I have just received automated responses that someone will be in contact soon. The order was processed on Dec 12th. I have ordered previously from this site without any issues.

I place an Order #8096, they never ship this, they never answer the emails . so i need the records.
i buy in the presale , 10 month ago and NOTHIG
they never shipped, never contact me.
