Product itself was as described and…
Product itself was as described and delivered within timeframe provided. I had couple of questions about installation and phoned them in after placing an order for nearly 2k. the guy on the phone said "yeah" , "yhy" and "ok" in that order after which he promptly hung up. I had to look for all info on forums with limited internet access.

Good Product…
Product is a good standard but follow up to issues is too slow. Damage board arrived which was reported the same day with photograph. That then goes to complaints who have to investigate it. In the mean time project stalled! Over 15 days later still no feedback about damage. So have to complete project and cope with rearranging design. I would go more local next time so issues can be addressed in a timely manner.
The response to this review is a general statement and to me opting out of customer care!

SPLITTING BOARDS!
SPLITTING BOARDS!
I installed a deck 3 years ago for a customer using the grey,grooved hollow deck boards, over a timber joist frame,to the Cladco specifications. (Bearing in mind I'm a City & Guilds Advanced Craft, Distinction level carpenter/joiner) two of the boards towards the centre of the deck have started splitting down their centre.
I've tried getting Cladco to send out a couple of replacement ones, telling them "I'm happy to take the deck apart and install them free of charge so my customer is not left dissatisfied"
Unfortunately they've refused to help in any way. Ultimately, I will avoid using their products again as I found their attitude and unwillingness to help extremely poor.
I would recommend avoiding altogether.
A real shame.

Fantastic service and quality
Simply online ordering, and very quick delivery. The delivery driver was so helpful, aiming to get the heavy load as close to where we wanted it. He checked everything that was on the list was delivered. The quality of the decking is great, and so far assembly is straightforward! I've already planned more areas of the garden for the decking!

Love the look of the click cladding…
Love the look of the click cladding however I did find getting the boards to seat on the clips difficult. There isn't a positive click or feeling to reassure you have the board properly seated
