CL card is the most amazing card ever. I love the simplicity to the UX to the smoothness. Don't get me started on the amazing customer service... I literally had a question for the support team and they answered me via Email the same hour. I am incredibly satisfied with this company and I know the future is bright for them.

I m customer from a year and half and all it was working good untill now. I had some time small issues about some refund transactions or similar but all the time it was solved by the support! And also I like to use CL card ledger because I get a nice cash back ❤️

They are holding $65K worth of BTC and USDT hostage!
The Crypto life card has not worked a day for me! I deposited a part of my speculative savings on the card. I tried to spend a small amount of around $1200 at a clothing store, the card declined.
No explanation from CL support.
I tried to ask for a limit increase and then I got an email from compliance/support to explain where my funds are coming from in September this year. After explaining the situation they told me they are investigating the situation and it will take 60 days or more?!?!
I discovered this week they disabled my account without a notice! I no longer have access to to my funds! I want to withdraw everything back to the address where my funds came from. But not a single response!
If this is not resolved in 7 days I intend to complain to the financial ombudsman and to ledger themselves as this atrocious & dubious business practice will damage their brand as word gets around in the crypto community.
Don’t bother with a CL card and certainly don’t risk giving them your bitcoin or other crypto as you might not get it back. I’m now left struggling to get my savings back! I am very worried and very angry!
I have been waiting for months for a new card. The old one was cancelled with them emailing to say they are replacing all cards with new ones. But my new card has never arrived after many months of waiting. I was lied to by customer support who first told me it had been posted but I should check with my post office.
I challenged this and then they changed their story to say it had not been sent and there were some unspecified technical problems and it had not been posted. Several requests since have been met with vague standard responses about there still being problems but never any detail as to when I might actually receive my card.
This is literally the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a bank or financial services company. How can they fail to send you a card for several months and not be able to tell you openly about why.
The concept is good in theory but this company is incapable of actually delivering.

Terrible customer experience. Was in contact with support for half a year, not only they failed to detect the issue with an account, but they also failed to review submitted documents and kept asking for different documents each time changing the request. They failed to communicate accurately of what needs to be provided when the documents were provided and did not inform about any additional needs. The reply time was also horribly long. Now, I am waiting for getting my money back, which they said it will take 60 days. Hopefully I won't be needing to ping them again after 60 days.

They are holding £56k of BTC hostage
The Crypto life card worked well with no problems for about a year until they “upgraded” my card in June 23 & cancelled the old one. 3 months later they still haven’t replaced my physical card.
I put 1.3BTC, £56,000 on the card to pay for a new kitchen & house refurb. All attempts to pay for my kitchen with the card have been declined. I have a €8475 daily limit. I tried to split the kitchen payment into £6k tranches, well under my limit, it was still declined. No explanation from CL support.
I have tried to transfer the 1.3BTC back to my ledger but it is being held for manual review. I can’t spend the BTC on the card & now they’re not giving it back to me either.

Update: They released my BTC transfer back to my ledger a couple of days later, then posted the reply below denying they ever held it hostage. Yeah, ok, you’ll have no more than a few hundred bucks of mine on there going forward. I won’t make the mistake of trusting you with that amount of BTC again. Beware CEXs and cards. As soon as you transfer your coins to them they think it’s theirs.

I applied for a metamask card, passed KYC and the next day my account got disabled. I contacted support, they decline to help and only say "no further info will be provided". I checked your terms and conditions and couldn't find any laws/rules that I broke. Does it mean I got blacklisted manually by your employee by their wish?

Started off good, they then said upgrading the card in June and old physical working card will be replaced. They deactived the old working card, Been over 2 months now, replacement card still not recieved. Contact customer services, just excuses about delay, no ETA. Not at all impressed.

"Since July 23rd, my Bitcoin transaction has been held for manual review. There isn't even a transaction ID that can be checked in the Bitcoin explorer. The only responses to my support inquiries are 'please be patient.' So disappointing..."

Since July 11, I have discovered that my CL card is unusable. I have been trying to contact customer service to resolve the issue. The customer service representatives provided me with three addresses that do not belong to me, asking me to choose one to return my funds. Despite providing them with the required materials, my funds have not been returned. Up until now, there has been no clear response; they keep saying that the process takes a long time. Is your company short on staff, or are you deliberately not returning customers' funds, or even misappropriating them? Please be cautious,
your company is unwilling to refund and is deliberately holding onto users' assets and misusing them.
Please provide proof of your reserve funds to ensure the security of users' assets.
