Our Tour Guide (Mari) was excellent
Our Tour Guide (Mari) was excellent! She molded our desires into the tour. She customized our 8-hour tour to what we wanted. She was outstanding and very sweet!! Also, since our hotel was somewhat out of the area of downtown Toyko; Mari suggested that we meet at a more appropriate subway station--which worked out better. Mari also personally escorted us to an express train at the end of our tour, which took us back to Yokohama. She went far-and-beyond in helping us! Her English was excellent. She was amazing!!

Great experience in Stockholm
We really enjoyed our food walking tour in Stockholm. Monika was a really interesting guide who gave us so much information about Stockholm and Sweden and she chose 3 very good venues and food choices for us to try. We would highly recommend this tour.

Airport transfer to hotel
I had Jack booked to collect me from Singapore Airport and take me to my downtown hotel. He was easy to find, helpful with luggage and gave me a minitour as we traveled through the city.

Excellent tour in Hong Kong
We had a 5 star, no 10 star experience with the company along with Albert in Hong Kong when using City Unscripted. We opted for a full day private tour of the city. Albert was early to pick us up directly from our hotel, and really gave us a truly memorable experience. What I liked the most was before our arrival, they were regularly in touch and asked questions to ensure we received the experience we were looking for. I can't recommend them enough and we had no issues whatsoever. Oh, and if you are lucky enough to get Albert as your guide, he doubles as your photographer at ALL the spots. Also I must note that he is a treasure trove of knowledge and we learned so much!

Our guide Stefan was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Sweden and Stockholm. He was very well organized and our tour was superb. We began walking through the government and royal buildings to Gamla Stan. Stefan was very caring and got us back to our ship with the obstacles of the Marathon. Stefan is a very intelligent teacher, and we gained a huge amount.

Our tour Nagasaki with your tour guide Yuri was exceptional. It was more than we expected. Yuri was a lovely young lady with beautiful manners and full of very interesting knowledge. Yuri took us where we wanted to go via transport and madd it easy for us. Your updates and contact prior to the tour was helpful and made me comfortable knowing all was going as planned.
