I had a very pleasant stay in London, cleaned apartment with all the necessary amenities around.

We stayed at the Cleveland Arms near Paddington. Good flat, good district, clean and quiet. Will stay here again next time

Absolutely amazing apartment in London. Communication was great via WhatsApp and were had a guided tour around the apartment with contact number for any difficulties. Given the heat the fans were on ready. It was spotlessly clean. All amenities and spacious for a 2 bed apartment. Will look at using these guys again.

Saadiqah & Carlyn were very helpful in finding a flat and signing a lease as I was in a different country up until the move in date. Everything went smoothly thanks to their support.

Perfect location to be close to everything you could want in Wembley.

Comfortable space, beautiful balcony and great place to feel at home while you’re in the big city.

Very clean and well appointed apartment in Finsbury Park the garden especially was a great feature.

Nice, clean appartment with fully equipped kitchen. Perfect location in London.

Great location close to dining, shopping and tube station. Tower bridge is 20 mins walk away. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We stayed during a heatwave and hosts got us extra fans delivered at home to make our stay comfortable.Beds were very comfortable and house was equipped with everything we need

Great apartment, good communication before we arrived made checking in a breeze. City Relay were very approachable for any assistance we needed, not that any was required

The apartment was fully furnished very clean and the location was great also it had all amenities and facilities that we needed. We will definitely stay again. Thanks for the property team they respond very quickly whenever we needed them.

The location is really great and the place is nice too but did not realise that it was a basement apartment so the big windows opened to nothing but walls. Was also expecting some basic amenities like coffee pods salt and pepper which are really basic and not a big ask.

Apartment near Wembley - Perfect location for events at Wembley, area felt safe & quiet building.

Apartment itself was not great and not as advertised via the pictures...
Awful smell that stayed throughout.
All furniture worn / dirty / stained.
Marks / stains on walls, light switches.
Kitchen felt grubby, dish washer smelled vile.
Bed too big for master bedroom - unable to move to the other side of the room without performing a gymnastic routine.

Host extremely slow to respond - issue checking in (wrong key given at key pick up location - 7minute walk from apartment) and they would not answer my calls, all 37 of them, they would only communicate via text which as you can imagine was not ideal.
It took over an hour and a call to Air B&B to resolve. If we didn't have a child with us we would have left and found somewhere else to stay.
Host more than happy to pester for a review after checkout though.

It's perfect if you just want a place to sleep and are happy that you won't be helped in a hurry if any issue arises.

My family and I had such a great experience! We booked an apartment for a short stay in London and it was absolutely an amazing place. The location was perfect, the inside super clean and (most importantly) the CityRelay team was lovely and kind. Couldn’t suggest it more!

i have just moved into my new flat and honestly my experience has been amazing so far two lovely ladies named Saadiqat and Carlyn have been looking after me, their organisation and time replies are incomparable i had bad experiences in the past with other places so it’s really appreciated.
