We honestly cannot recommend Lucy at City Mortgage Solutions highly enough!

We have used Lucy on more than one occasion for our remortgages, and most recently for our house move, and we wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Lucy has been absolutely amazing every single time, and we genuinely don’t know what we would do without her!

Moving house and dealing with mortgages can be incredibly stressful, but Lucy has a way of taking all that stress away. She is so knowledgeable, proactive, reliable and responsive, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. What really sets Lucy apart is that she genuinely cares. We have always felt completely supported, reassured and confident that we are in the best possible hands.

Lucy has not only helped us secure our mortgage but has also arranged our insurance and recommended an absolutely amazing solicitor to handle the sale and purchase of our property. Her recommendations have been fantastic, and it really shows how much she cares about looking after her clients from start to finish.

Nothing ever feels like too much trouble for Lucy, and she is always there to answer questions, offer advice and put our minds at ease.
