Over all I really like it
So far I haven’t had any issues with the hitch, it works exactly as it is supposed to. I really like the anti-rattle feature, it really does make a difference. The only thing I have had trouble with is putting the receiver in and taking it out with the key on a ring of keys, it keeps locking and unlocking so the bolts don’t lock into the receiver that smoothly. Overall I really like it.

Regarding your question about the key, we carefully considered this during the design process. Allowing the key to be removed before fully securing the lock could pose a safety risk if someone forgot to turn the knob to its locked position. To ensure safe and secure travel, we designed it so the key can only be removed once the lock is fully engaged.
In response to customer feedback, we’re now including a quick-release keychain with future orders, allowing quick access to the trailer arm key without impacting the lock rotation. This is a very sturdy hitch
This is a very sturdy hitch. It looks like it could easily handle the max tow rating of my truck. The lock mechanism works great. I ordered mine with a 2 inch ball. It came with a 2 5/16 ball installed and a 2 inch ball taped to the outside of the box. Not a big problem, but I did have to order an impact socket large enough to remove the 2 5/16 so I could install the 2 inch. I would have been happier if the factory had installed it for me.

Bad fit
It does not fit well in the pins do not seam to go far enough through and concerns me so most likely will use only on tractor around farm

Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify that our product is indeed suitable for your use, and while you’ve expressed concerns, those concerns have not materialized in practice. Let me explain:
Regardless of whether the pin of the trailer hitch aligns flush with the exterior surface of the receiver tube, protrudes a quarter-inch, or even six inches, consider that when using bolt cutters to sever the bolt, the distance from the cutting position to the bolt's end does not alter the difficulty of the operation. This is because all the necessary shear strength of the pin is concentrated at the inner surface of the receiver tube, and all the shearing forces from the receiver tube are applied solely from the inner wall of the holes. Consequently, from a mechanical standpoint, the pin's protrusion length does not impact its shear performance, so there is no issue in this regard.
Crucially, when the pin of the trailer hitch device is fully deployed, the internal design should ensure that the pin does not retract under any circumstances. Our seasoned designers have conducted meticulous planning and extensive testing during the creation of this innovative product to guarantee that the pin remains secure and does not retract.
Rest assured, our trailer hitch device is as dependable as any on the market, with no risk of pin failure or connection issues.
