Asked them to repair my broken charging port. They took my money for a replaced part and did some dodgy soldering on the existing board (instead of replacing it) which failed again just over a year later. Except now I had to pay to replace the part AND the board as they messed it up first time around. Refused to address the issue and refund anything for their dodgy workmanship/additional costs to me. Use them at your own risk, you have been warned!

It is unfortunate but purely coincidental that your phone developed a fault after the warranty expired. We give a pretty much warranty for all kind of repairs that have been done by us. However, It is a shame that you didn't see fit to leave a positive review when we initially fixed your device a year ago. As you seemed very happy with our service until you learned we would not replace the charging port free of charge.
