The team were quick to assess my application and contacted me by phone at every stage of the process. Great customer service

False advertising.

They say your conditionally approved,
then they send you an email saying next that you do not met the criteria!

Now I am worried about fraud, and access they have?
As there are misleading customers with their false adverting on their website.

They also wasted my time, and took 2 days to respond, and there reply did not met financial services Australian guideline or follow ASIC polices legislation.

When i tried calling them (within business hours) back, city finance failed to answer their phones.

THE SERVICE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND CALM, THEY NEW WHAT THEY WHERE DOING AND VERY POLITE IN THEIR ASSISTANCE

Spent 20 minutes applying, including giving them access to my bank account, was conditionally approved with promise of a phone call and never heard anything from them.

It's a great service. So much better to be able to talk to a person it feels more secure and personal. Easy system to use and reasonable fees.

Terrible customer service, said that they called me when they didn’t and then proceeded to just cancel my application, a week later I follow up and am told I need to apply again. This application is subsequently rejected but again failed to communicate this with me. Terrible terrible customer service.

Won't deal with them again. Never missed a payment ever. They can't help because I am on a pension. Even though my original payments were $189 fortnight. Don't waste your time with city finance.

Staff are very friendly , i whole process is very easy and quick.

Citifinance are great they never put me down whenever I needed help. Unlike other brokers and banks that put me down and reject me because I don't work

Most of these reviews are obviously fake reviews. A same day loan is now looking at 5-7 days to finish. After been sold that it was a quick same day process, the loan now sits and waits for days and days until somebody calls me….. called customer service and after a very long wait, her response was, the assessor will call you when the have finished with the application….. You cannot charge this amount of interest for payday loans and drag it out for days and days. What a joke of a company. Lies. Everything. It’s is is not fast service. What a joke

I got approved 24 hours ago and I rang city finance and everything was perfect but I Didn't get the $1000 that I was supposed to and I will not pay any money that I did not get.Sorry. it's up to city finance.???? I have screen shots and all.
