Excellent cruise, we chose the Crown reserve trip, amazing experience, right to the top of the statue up a small spiral staircase, only for the reasonably fit, followed by Liberty island, great trip, be prepared to queue even with pre booking, and don't forget, airport style security so no large bags!

I loved the trip out to the Statue of Liberty. The visit to the crown was great - I would highly recommend doing this if you're fit and able. The staircase is really skinny and tall, but if you can, it's wonderful to see from inside.

Had a fantastic visit to the Statue of Liberty, straight forward to purchase and pick times. Very well organised. Good price. Excellent staff that were very helpful.

Fabulous experience to Statue of Liberty. Only downside the queues.

This trip was for my 10 year old granddaughter and she was delighted with the experience. It was very educational, especially the Ellis Island experience.

Took the Alcatraz cruise to the island. Great day! The trip is very educational. You can walk at leisure or opt in for a guided tour. Guided tours do have a bit more information but if you do the leisure tour, reading all the displays will add to your knowledge. More than just a prison. Ferry over is great and perfect photo opps.

Very well organized, the only complaint is that better signage is needed at the departure point. took a while to find where to go

Everyone I encountered was friendly and ready to help. The screening process ran smoothly with clear instructions on how to get through. The offboarding and on boarding of passengers was quick.

EDIT**: Have downgraded this because I was asked to call a specific number to book, and was given the US number, despite the fact the UK has it's own number that calls through to the same people (confirmed by office staff!) so a 12 minute phone call that I ONLY HAD TO MAKE BECAUSE THEIR SYSTEM WASN'T WORKING, to try and spend $1700 dollars with them, has cost me an additional £50 - outrageous that their customer service knew I was calling from the UK but didn't tell me there was a UK number until it was too late!

Really disappointed with the booking experience of this! We're spending over £1000 on one of their experiences for our honeymoon, for what was supposed to be a magical trip, but due to an accounting issue their side, have been back and forth calling with the team for the best part of 2-3 weeks. If you pay with an Amex - it's likely not going to work until you keep calling back (apparently they've only just started offering it, so we've been made to feel like free guinea pigs while they work it all out)

The accounting error meant our card wasn't being accepted, but on our 4th call to them in 3 weeks, we were told we could just raise a ticket and have it checked manually by their team, and then they'd call us to confirm and take payment within a day. Why wasn't this offered right away?!

We're three weeks out from our wedding and thought this would be a fun trip to book, but it's caused us so much stress as we're trying to put the finishing touches on our wedding, and plan for our honeymoon there after, and nice experiences on new years are booking up to full like crazy. The staff have all been friendly, but seems crazy we've been messed about so much for something totally beyond our control. And to not have been offered even a comp or minor upgrade (or even just some of their own in-platform points) for this inconvinience just seems like such lack-lustre customer care. Hopefully the experience itself proves a better experience than trying to book it!

A quite miffed couple

Great one! Prompt and easy, although the importance of the icon to look at.
We had a very pleasant time and every detail was safely organised and planned.

The tour is amazing, the view is beautiful, it's totally worth it.

I think they need to improve the comfort for tourists waiting for the boat. It was very hot and there was no covered area, both on the way there and back.
