Do not pre purchase tickets. Avoid altogether if you can.

We pre purchased tickets for our family of 4 for hop on/off tour of London. On the day of the tour there was serious traffic and route disruption due to London Pride parade. We did not take the tour and sumbitted a refund request IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR REFUND POLICY! We have never heard back despite 3 reminders, we have lost our money. I would recommend never pre purchasing tickets unless 110% sure you are taking the tour (same day only). I will not be choosing this company ever again. Terrible service and no phone number to call - only email or online communication form. Avoid!
