doing little to return my money to me.

I am surprised to see Citibank HK (Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited) has no reviews. I know personally and from a friend of 2 negative ones.
It was OK to bank with Citibank for some time.
Then Citibank decided to close my account in early May, apparently issued a cheque without consulting me in the matter beforehand. That cheque has not been received and could not be cashed. Therefore Citibank is still owing me the money, more than 2 months later. Citibank is doing little to clear the balance, asking me to fill forms and mail them in. I have little trust that the matter will be resolved quickly and without a lot of work and costs on my end. So at this point I have to rate them low. I hope they are not short in funds.
