Teddie Fecia, Account Executive with HRDownloads, was our first point of contact with the company and did an outstanding job of reaching out to us in a timely fashion. Teddy comprehensively walked me through product options and was thoughtful, knowledgeable, personal and professional throughout the process. Simply put, he is a pleasure to work with! The added value we were provided as a non-profit agency (complementary addition of HR Advisor access) to our HR Professional package was the incentive our Board of Directors needed to approve spending from our reserve funds to cover the cost of this year's subscription. Additionally, we have already been reached out to by onboarding administrator Shannon Morgan which speaks volumes in terms of the efficient and dedicated customer service HRDownloads provides.

HR Downloads has been able to meet our goals and given us the comfort of knowing that as a SME, we have access to top level HR advice.

We have been using HRDownloads for a few years and the platform is easy to use and Serena our rep always provides great support. I am not giving a 5 because our employees have been asking for new features like we have on other platform where you can set the narration to fast mode or read the training instead of watching the videos
