I've had my shower since they were on indiegogo. It has slowly broken since then, as it leaks more and more each day.
The actual construction is very poor quality, and because this, I can't recommend it.
First there was lot of trouble to get the product after I paid. My first email about it was answered by Nihad, but then I got no answers for some months. At the point I thought to file a fraud, I finally got an answer.
After a year of use the mode button broke. Nihad told me it could be replaced, but I needed to pay € 20 shipping costs. Seems weird to me, in case of warranty, but I agreed. Now again, despite several reminders, I get no sign of life from Nihad. I am saddled with a broken shower head for some months already.
They don't deliver, don't answer the request, horrible service
My Cirrus showerhead has failed.
I was an early backer of Cirrus via Indiegogo. I subscribed in June 2017 and finally received my product in December 2018. I have used it since (without the capsules). Now it has got stuck in one position and the button will not alter the shower mode.
This is quite disappointing. I know the company had pre-production problems and can only assume it didn't completely resolve these before it started production.
I am well aware the product is out of warranty but I gave the company the opportunity to earn 'hero' status for a positive response. Instead I got the usual corporate-speak and the offer of 40% of my next purchase.
Unfortunately, we are very very frustrated with the Shower products. We treat our belongings always with care but still been having so much trouble with Cirrus.
In the beginning, we were very convinced, even recommending it to friends and placing a quite huge order, including a lot of aroma capsules, the shower head, the shower hose and of course the filter. Only half a year later, we had the first troubles with a broken filter lid and after that the filter itself broke at least 2 times - all still under warranty ( so in the first year!! ). We got replacements and the customer service was always very polite, but with a plastic product that is produced so cheap and has so many predetermined breaking points, it was only a matter of time that it will break again.
The last replacement filter we got ( the new version, so our old filters are not fitting anymore ), broke as well and additionally the shower head is also not working properly anymore as the button is stuck and stays pushed in, which makes it almost useless, especially when it's stuck to the hardest water jet. We tried to repair it but nothing has worked so far .
As our warranty has been expired now, the Cirrus customer support told us that they are unable to send us replacement parts or help us in any other way. No offer of an appropriate compensation to keep us as loyal customers who waited every time for the replacement parts for weeks and almost every time had to pay customs as well.
We still have all our capsules and replacement filters that we are not able to use anymore without having to buy a new Cirrus shower set. But for a product in this price range, I expect that it lasts a bit longer than only for almost 2 years. The price/performance ratio is horrible.
Can't recommend it, very disappointing!!
After my first one exploded (o-ring failed and then cover flow off), shooting water all over my bathroom and drowning my mobile phone on the other side of the room. They told me they could not supply a replacement O-ring but then a couple of weeks later, I was sent a replacement cover and o-ring.
Shortly after that, the mode button failed in between two settings.
I am left with a weak stream from a combination of 2 sets of the outlets.
Very disappointing experience.
Lovey product but faulty. Bought two of these and the lid on the filter just naturally cracked and broke. This makes the showers useless. Contacted them and asked to buy a new lid, they said they don’t sell just the lid and to buy a new shower.
Sorry but after being a kickstarter backer, having the same flaw with two showers, and then hearing that they don’t sell just the lid alone.... it made regret buying it. Hopefully they’ll sell parts in the future.
Keeps breaking in the lid for the spa unit and when you request a replacement unit, there is no help to receive from Cirrus-shower. They want even offer an option to just buy the lid, which is where the problem is.
Also they don't allow negative reviews on their own page, to no surprise.
