I participated in the affiliate marketing program here and earned commissions, but when payment was due, they failed to pay me and locked my account without explanation. I believe this company lacks business transparency. I am issuing a warning to anyone intending to purchase products here: avoid this company if you do not want to lose your money. Sincerely.

This managent is selling high class scooters plz visit

I received my circooter 3 days after ordering it. It is easy to assemble; the lights are amazing, it’s easy to fold, and I’m excited to start to riding and saving time on my commute to work.

Sent me a scooter without a key to use it, and ignored my emails, so i cannot use the scooter. Wasted £500. DO NOT DEAL WITH HIS COMPANY

Do not deal with this company. They sent me a scooter on which the brakes didn’t work, and I contacted support who reply ONCE a day so it’s hard to get anywhere, and we ended up getting to a point where they said “we will arrange a pickup next Tuesday” I agreed and next Tuesday gets around, they never come and they also completely stop replying to there email, so now I have to take this to small business court to get anywhere. Avoid this company

I was a bit sceptical about this company as I’ve never heard of them, but they came up on my Google search engine. I bought a i scooter ix6 which had good reviews and I made the right choice . They was very helpful when I was asking about delivery . It came next day so quick ! Packaged very nice no damage . Amazing e scooter definitely worth every penny. I would recommend IX6

I boughy e scotter ix5 from this shop.On e scotter was some scratches(altough its new),handlebar is loose,one brake didn't has a screw,and breaks almost didn't work,after one ride in a rain(I didn't ride into puddles)brakes stop working.I wrote a complain email to shop,and they didn't respond,next day I asked Why they don't respond,and still no respond).Despite the warranty I need go to service and pay for fix my E-scooter(New e scooter,after few days from delivery date)

I have a lot of positive feelings about the Circooter Raptor Pro. Do I wish the headlights were built with a better bracket design? Yes. Do I want the scooter to be faster (25.7 mph top for me) with range closer to advertised (24 mi max)? Yes. And full disclosure, I am currently working with the company's customer service to replace the lights and get a new charger covered by warranty.

As a commuting vehicle, the Raptor Pro works well. It has good acceleration and maintains speed until the juice runs out. The scooter has suspension front and back on the firm side. In other words brace yourself for bumpy pavement. The ride is acceptable off-road. Off the beaten path, the Raptor Pro gets through high grass and over gravel really well. Off-road excursions total 5% of my runtime but it's good to know the capability is there.

My customer service experience hasn't been perfect with no response to my phone inquiry. Emails have been replied to promptly however so that's a plus.

I give the entire experience five stars because the scooter has mostly good build quality, works as advertised and has gotten me to and from work. With a little refinement this can be a world beating platform.

At mart 210 lbs. the scooter barely lost any speed going up short hills.
The cruise control function is awesome, although I wish there was a bit more control when it’s engaged.

The company has been fantastic to work with after one of the two (separate orders) was dropped.
The throttle broke but was still useable.

I suppose the length of the throttle could be adjusted, but I’m knit-picking.

It’s a lot of fun! I would suggest a helmet, perfectly for adults.
