Love using Circle

I really liked using Circle, I've bought a TV , some toys, and some accessories. Great value. Also had a good time selling my sofa and fridge, experience was really smooth.

I keep checking Circle out to see the latest stuff available!

Love the experience!

I found a great pair of lounge chairs at a very low price. Ordered it and got it exactly how it looked on the website in 3 days. Such an easy experience, love it!

Sold a defective chair, then stopped responding.

I bought a used Steelcase Leap V2 from Circle (circlestore.in) for ₹12,290, delivered on 17 July. The listing described the chair as "Fully Functional" with "No wear/tears," and Circle says every product is verified before delivery.

The chair arrived with a mechanical defect. The back-tension knob grinds like a stripped gear and has no effect on recline resistance. The recline mechanism itself also makes a grinding noise. This is a functional fault, not cosmetic wear.

I raised a return request the same day, well within their 3-day return window, and shared videos showing both issues. The first response dismissed them as normal wear for a pre-owned chair. After I explained that a broken adjustment mechanism is a functional defect, the request was left "Under Review" with no further response, despite their stated 48-hour turnaround.

I would have accepted either a refund or store credit. Instead, I'm left with a defective chair and no update. I'm posting this so other buyers know how a clearly documented functional issue was handled.

I’d recently ordered an Apple Watch on…

I’d recently ordered an Apple Watch on their website and had specifically ask them to check if there’s an activation lock on it. They said it’s a part of the QC process and they’ll remove it. Guess what, they delivered the device with the lock still on and now it’s totally unusable. Their whole process is already a week long and now I’ve to wait not knowing what next. Their QC is rubbish.
