He was thorough but im not taking any medications anymore and he put that i am currently taking medication in my chart.
during the appointment it was clear that the provider was simply reading off of a set list of questions, all of which were answered in my intake questionnaire
then, when giving "advice" unnecessary time was spent explaining the importance of things such as: wearing a seatbelt, getting regular exercise, drinking water and avoiding processed foods. as an intelligent and healthy individual this felt like a supreme waste of time and money

I met with the doctor and paid $120 and she never sent my scripts in. I tried to reach out and message and they said they would get back to me in 3-5 business days and there is no number to call. So I had to go see a different doctor because I have no idea when they will respond.

Easy setup and great doctor. Looking forward to more interactions.
I have chosen Circle Medical as my primary care clinic for the past couple of years, and every visit has been a great experience. Everyone is nice and caring. I am just so glad to have it in our neighborhood.
Very professional & friendly. Explained the process & follow up. I look forward to further contact & treatment.
Dr Torres was amazing...She was soon time for our appointment and truly listened to me and as a celiac patient that is extremely important. We have scheduled a follow up appointment and I am certain I will be just as pleased with her. Her office was extremely well organized. I have moved here from out of state and needed a great doctor after leaving the one I had so much trust in...Very pleased
She really made me feel heard, and that she was going to help me find a solution.
It's a bit of an insurance fraud scam. I have medications that I check in with my doctor twice a year for over a decade before I moved states and had to change.
Circle requires TWELVE VISITS (and payments) per year.
It's gouging. Its unethical. It's insurance fraud.

I had an appointment with Tonya. I could tell she was very knowledgeable and was able to provide the care I needed and answered my questions. She was very attentive and I didn’t feel she was trying to rush through to get to another appointment.
Still no update on their false claim to my insurance. They filed a claim with my insurance as if I was their patient and I’ve never been seen!! This is on behalf of my wife

Jessica was friendly and professional. Made the visit easy
This place prioritizes profits over patient care. Treatment is delayed, and access is restricted to extract maximum profits
They advertise: "Appointments Online with Primary Care Providers. Same Day Appointments. “This is carefully worded to make prospective customers think they will get timely care. You’re charged a high consultation fee to see a nurse practitioner. They accept insurance but no appointments for insurance pay available. Just want cash pay that is without recourse. They can screw over the little guy but not the insurance company. Expect delays, unnecessary appointments, and lab tests before possibly receiving a one month medication prescription weeks or months later. Then more fees for refills.
Be cautious—their marketing doesn’t reflect the actual experience. Here for the big bucks not to provide relief.

On time. Very important because you can’t get time back. Very professional staff and courteous. She was informative and answered all my questions. I was skeptical at first considering I have never done this before. I will do it again for this medical issue. Saved so much time and hassle.
The app told me that my appointments would be 100% covered by insurance, so I made two appointments for a prescription and a routine follow up. Then a month later I get hit with hundreds of dollars in bills because the appointments weren't actually covered. It's also a nightmare to try to book an appointment with the same doctor you had before, there's no easy search function for it despite them having a 'primary care' setting that flags this doctor as your primary.

They waited 6 months after an appointment to tell me I had two days to reach out to my insurance or they were charging my credit card. They charged my credit card without providing any information as to why. Highly recommend staying away.

Convenient telehealth option to help manage my ADHD without having to leave the house. The NP I see is kind, compassionate, helpful, and informative.
I should have done more research on this company before giving them a penny. I spoke to a few medical professionals friends/family after who said this place was a huge red flag. I immediately put a stop to my next appointment. The NP I was assigned to PETA was extremely rude. On my intake I guess I over spoke bc she quickly told me to stop talking and to only answer the questions. I was but guess I needed to cut it to only yes or no. Honestly it was a bit shocking how rude she was about it. I understand that most of these calls are from home but she had this weird beach background that wasn’t very professional. Very dissatisfied with this company. Also was told by friends who are pharmacists that not many pharmacies will honor and fill any Rxs from these Dr’s at this place.
