I have purchased lots of pairs of these slippers over the years, for myself and gifts for family members. They are honestly the best purchase ever. My son and I absolutely love them. Ive had 2 pairs since 2021 and still going strong with daily wear. My son is on his 3rd pair since 2021, 2 still going strong. They are so cozy and warm and exceptionally well made. I love how they dont get smelly due to the natural materials. Ive also had a rug and hot water bottles. I will forever buy our slippers from ciora ❤️

Excellent.
I bought the merino wool mattress topper. Very well packed, extremely soft. It makes winter nights cosier and summer nights much more comfortable as you definitely not sweat as much. It looks very well made. I had it for a year now and is looking as new.
I am thinking of buying the pillows.

Long story but Ciora had a problem with their carrier,I got in touch the Saturday before Christmas by email I left my phone number , I was called by a lovely guy on the Monday . He was so sorry I then received my gifts on Tuesday by miracle and Royal Mail . Gave the gifts today and the recipients believe the slippers are the best ever, my usual choice Celtic had really got just too expensive to consider for the kids .
So in essence Ciora are cheaper , better quality and with a very personal touch this will be my go to shop for gifts !

Slippers fell to bits

Total luxury once ordered arrived quickly with minimum delay. The whole experience was very easy with no issues. Now the problem is I can't stop wearing them but seriously tho its that old saying that you only get what you pay for and I will certainly be recommending to all my family and friends.

Bought a wool mattress topper. Gorgeous and soft. Also washable. A luxury product. It is quite thin but it clearly states this and is just what I wanted. Delivery in accordance with timescale and courier good.

Lovely slippers, my fourth pair now. Very well made with sumptuous sheepskin. True to size. Good prices for the genuine item. Highly recommended.

I've bought two iclandic sheepskin rugs and they are gorgeous, so deep and soft. Also got the husband some slippers, he loves them and the bed sock bundle for myself. I found the socks a little big for my size 4 feet but they are so soft and comfy I didn't mind.

I have now over the years purchased 4 pairs of ladies sheepskin slippers, two for me and two for my friend as a birthday gift, they always arrive well packaged and quickly. We are both so pleased the comfort and softness is wonderful. I usually order a size smaller and for us it works well. Although we both have new pairs the old one are still going strong. Worth every penny.

I bought a pair of soft sole sheepskin bootsies online about 10 years ago and they are still going strong which is incredible considering how much I use and abuse them. I’ve taken them around the world, wore them around them in places i probably shouldn’t and if I’m honest I’ve just washed them for the first time and they are as warm and comfortable as they were on the day i ordered them.
These super cosy and seemingly indestructible are proof that natural materials and good craftsmanship is always the best choice. Well done, wish your company success.

I've bought several products from Ciora an they have all been fabulous. I've bought the latest pair for my husband, they wear & tear very well last for along time & are very warm & comfortable.

I ordered my husband’s third pair of slippers… he wears them everyday, he can’t go without them, so comfy. Yet again, it was a superb customer experience from start to finish. Super fast delivery, the hand written note and the little treat in the parcel… classy allround!

Ordered my child a pair of sheepskin slippers from Ciora. They were on sale so excellent value for money. They came quickly, beautifully packaged with a personal note. He loves them! They are great quality and I hope they last him a long time. Great experience with this company

I needed some new slippers and chose Ciora as they had soft sole sheepskin slipper boots. Unfortunately, I wasn't in when the postman delivered them and the package was placed outdoors, out of sight, with no note through the door to advise me they were there. By the time I discovered the parcel the following day, it was absolutely soaked through by rain.

The slippers themselves were nice but slightly large so I contacted Ciora on 2/1/24, explaining that I wanted to return the slippers for a smaller pair but the original packaging was unusable due to rain damage, with photos of the parcel attached. I received a reply two days later, asking whether the slippers were left in a location designated as a safe place with the delivery company. I replied the same day saying that it wasn't, but have heard absolutely nothing from Ciora since, despite me sending a follow up email two weeks ago requesting an update and explaining that I needed warm slippers as a matter of urgency due to underlying health conditions that create complications when my feet get too cold.

I appreciate that it was the postman who was initially at fault for leaving the parcel outside with no notification it was there, but consumer rights are clear that the responsibility to resolve such issues is with the retailer and not the customer. I am extremely disappointed that Ciora haven't even taken time to respond to my emails.

Due to my need for slippers in the recent cold snap and the lack of response from Ciora, I have ended up just wearing the larger size but I'm really disappointed by the customer service offered and certainly won't be buying from them again. My advice to anyone else would be to shop elsewhere.

I bought my first pair of Ciora Berit slippers about 4 months ago. They are just the most warm, comfortable slippers ever! Have just bought another pair in order to rotate and give them a breather. Unfortunately, my husband has nabbed a pair and now he’s a convert!

Also, high praise for the company. Very well packed with little personal touches that make you feeel connected.
