If you see a previous review from me ignore it as that was when we actually had a dedicated account manager and things were running smoothly and working. Since they’ve gotten rid of the dedicated support cintra has reverted back to the worst payroll company around. The same issues we had when we first had to move over to this sorry company where we get no response for weeks/months or having to do a simple change with a useless exaggerated excel form. Carolyn knight the worst. If you have her too, seriously consider leaving. I’m now trying to find out how termination works with them so I can secure a new payroll provider and be free from this useless company and actually work with a payroll provider that deals in good and active customer service. BELIEVE the 1 star reviews! Otherwise you’ll regret it like us
FYI there are charges now too for something simple like getting a copy of a single persons payslip. If you want to avoid getting charged you have to download your entire staffs payslip onto one pdf and then spilt it yourself... all round service this company(!)

We had an in house Payroll administration. When they wanted to move on, we took the opportunity to out-source payroll and pass the hassle of constant software updates and dealing with the general mess of legislative changes to someone else. We chose Cintra - they worked hard during the implementation, deadlines were met, we have never missed a payment, all payments are made by BACS, turnaround times are quick, we know their team and the portal keeps our employees happy and allows them to self-serve. I'm glad we made the change.

The new employee hub app is great and I can access all my payslips really easily!

Been using this tin pot company for nearly 18 months, and talk about waste of time, EVERY month have to change my password, which means having to write it down, therefore isn't secure, and when changing it, their tell me my email isn't valid, even thou they just bloody emailed me using it, wouldn't recommend at all....

Not sure whos fault it is between the company HR and them but since Cintra took over our payroll they have got it wrong three times out of three and as a result causeing me all kinds of issues. Futhermore the payslips (when you can get them) make no sense whatsoever.

I would recommend cintra to anyone the team are very helpful and always on hand to manage queries.

I highly recommend Cintra for payroll services. Jeff Barber has been absolutely amazing, extremely efficient and very helpful. He is always there to help and advise with any questions or queries I've had.

Cintra took over form our old payroll company and although we had some teething issues (not Cintra's fault) they worked tirelesly to correct the problems. Very quick responses to ammendments, queries and questions

Cintra Outsourced Services are brilliant. I have been using Cintra IQ for a few years and have always found the system to be self-explanatory and the support received alongside from Outsourced Services is great. They are always on hand to advise and help. The new Employee Hub for accessing payslips is a big hit with our employees. I would definitely recommend Cintra.

We have been using Cintra since almost a year and it works very well. Jen Hurst, who takes care of our payroll is always on time and ensures an excellent follow up. She answers our queries in an always diligent manner and provides useful answers.

Cintra was already in place when I joined my current company in January. I've found the system very easy to navigate, with clear deadlines and reports, and an easy approval process.

They are very accommodating of last minute changes and go above and beyond to ensure our payroll is accurate - I'm very happy with the service.

Employer has failed to pay the last month's salary even though Cintra has posted both the pay advice and P45 which is obviously not accurate meaning an overpayment of tax. Cintra do not talk to employees. I am now talking to ACAS and HMRC. Don't know if this is Cintra problem but employer does not respond to emails.

We have been using Cintra for a year now an never had a problem. We are a small business and they complete our payroll with ease. We have an account manager who is always there to answer our questions in a swift repose. Cintra's portal is clear and easy to use. The payroll reports that Cintra provide give us all the information we require.

We are a small business and have been using Cintra for a couple of years now. We have found them to be very helpful and although they are a larger company we feel that we have a couple of account managers that look after us quite personally. Once shown, the dashboard is also easy to use to upload information.

despite changing my password numerous times making a note of what it is this system will not let me sign in to see my payslips its infuriating even the passwords that cintra give me themselves don't work
