Als filmmakers uit Nederland ondervonden wij regelmatig het probleem dat wij voor een project bij verschillende online winkels een bestelling moesten plaatsen. Vaak omdat niet elke webwinkel dezelfde merken verkopen of omdat de een het niet op voorraad had. What a big scam
What a big scam! I purchased something and they didn’t deliver. I canceled the order and requested a refund and they never refunded me. They stopped responding to my queries.

Ordered from this company in November last year, I’m not getting any answers what’s the status of my order. I have not received anything and they keep on ghosting me. A total scam.

I placed an order at the end of August…
I placed an order at the end of August but have not received anything or any explanation. I forced myself after many emails to cancel the order and at the end of November I received a confirmation that it was canceled and a promise that they would refund my money - about 1400 euros. So far I have not received any money. I have emailed several times when they will refund me but no one is replying. I will also be forced to address the European institutions related to consumer protection, because this is not normal.
Terrible company - if they are actually a company
Terrible company. I Ordered (and paid for) kit in June, still nothing received. It's January.

No refund after cancelation- Not trustworthy !!! SCAM
I made an order last 29 May 2022. For a whole month, nothing moved. According to Eduard Goedhart, the head of Cine Support: "supply line problems delayed the order" (I bought a cinema Camera from Z Cam plus some accessories). After weeks (x9) of idleness, I canceled the order on 29 July. Then and only after a lot of calling and emailing, they finally committed to returning the money, nevertheless, they asked for ten days to "process" the payment.
Then, more calling and emailing.
So far: no money reimbursed, and no explanation for the delay. The employees at the call center are ashamed of the situation, but they cannot do anything, only the back office has any power.
November 2022:
I had to hire a lawyer to get my money back!
January 2023:
No money back. The court in Den Haag ruled asking Cine Support to give back the money plus legal expenses.
INCREDIBLE! I see more and more recent complaints, so outrageous and sad this situation!
March:
The website is down
No refund received, no contact ever made
Placed an order in February and never received it nor given any update. After a few months I requested it to be cancelled. At the beginning of June I was told it was cancelled and would receive a refund within 9 business days. Refund never received and after countless calls, no further update even after speaking to Ed who handles refunds.
Customer service reps are always very nice on the phone, though constantly told a note will be left and have had no further progress on receiving the refund.
Hopefully will be sorted eventually, but I've been waiting over a month now which has been disappointing.
Update (July 7) - After emailing again today, just received email confirmation that the order has been cancelled and refund will be sent between 2-10 working days.
Update (July 18) - Called and was told the refund was processed on July 7, however, it has not been received. No clear answer as to what is going on still and cannot get a hold of or call back from Ed who handles refunds.
Update (July 27) - Still no response from anyone or refund received. Was told last week that Ed would send a detailed explanation as to why the refund has not been sent yet by email, however that never happened. Called today and was asked to call back around 4:30pm. Called back and was told he'd call me back. He's made absolutely no contact at all, very unprofessional. There is no explanation for not being in touch at all, we have been very patient.
Update (August 22) - Still no response whatsoever. Always promised a callback or in depth email as to why the refund has not been successfully sent through, but it never happens.
In short, buyer beware.
Do not buy anything!
UPDATE: everyone having the same issue with Cine Support, please report to the police. We need to shut down this company and stop the scam
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these people!!! They don't deliver and refuse to reimburse. They are just a bunch of thieves and should be shut down, simply.
(Cine Support's response below is nonsense: it's been weeks that we are trying to get our refund for an order made months ago, and which has never arrived. And they can't guarantee it will ever arrive. As I said: don't buy anything from them)

Bought a 2-pin LEMO to power my Zcam E2 and took almost 3 weeks to be delivered to Amsterdam. Had to figure out another way to power mi CAM for that shoot.

This company is a scam. I ordered a Freefly Wave Camera mid March for €9.925,00. After a month of waiting, I cancelled my order. But they never returned my money.! This has been reported to the police.
Ordered camera equipment
Ordered camera equipment for delivery to Ireland. The order arrived very quickly, well packed with good communication throughout the whole process. Very happy to recommend Cine Support.

Misleading delivery of items is 4 to 8 days (on website) over 4 weeks in reality.
Almost a month later and several contacts, they contradict eachother with the arrival dates of the items.
Emails ignored, had to write them on WhatsApp and again left my last message ignored at the end.
Almost 4 weeks of my order and still haven't received it fully only partially.
So be aware when ordering that it'll take a lot longer

Delays in shipping times and communication
Like many other reviewers note, Cine Support offers long delays and lapses in communication. If they give the impression they commucinate well enough, please note they took up to 5-6 days to reply (and several e-mails) in my case.
After 18 days of my item not having been sent, with various issues along the way, I decided to cancel my order.
My recommendation, don't order from Cine Support until they get enough staff and reliable suppliers.
No answer from support , no return of money
I ordered a memory card and a memory card reader from Cinesupport November 15th 2021. Both were in stock so I expected to get them quickly.
10 days later, after NO shipping notification and and NO answer from the sales department I decided to cancel my order.
I asked when the money could be returned and still NO anser.
After multiple e-mails I finally got part of the money back in the begining of Februari 2022!! That's almost 4 month.
But, I am still waiting to get back money for the shipping and the memory card reader (over €110).
Been sending multiple e-mails without any answer.
Not reliable shop
I ordered an item and I didn’t get any update about the shipping. No replies to my email and they did not pick up the phone until 10 days after when I managed to reach them via phone. The item purchased was not available and they said they are really busy. Since I was leaving for a 3 weeks job abroad I had to cancel on the phone the order because I wouldn’t have received the item in time. Now 2 weeks have passed, I haven’t received a refund yet, neither a reply to another mail I sent a couple of days ago inquiring about my order cancellation and my refund.
