Really disappointed

Really disappointed. Problems with the built in apps - particularly how Netflix works. Sound through bluetooth connection was poor and laggy. Customer support responded initially, asking for video of the problems, and then when provided, did not respond further. You get what you get when you buy CHEAP, huh?? Don't recommend

Terrible customer service with faults.

Purchased the projector, customer support replies when I needed to replace (purchase) remotes, but when the projector lost sound, nothing, no replies to my emails at all.
I have just purchased another from proflix, stay away from this company !!!

Same product. Different Brand. Merchants out to make quick money without backup support.

I've noticed a trend on social media (Facebook), of identical products being sold with different branding, but the merchants have poor customer service and are not strongly connected to the true manufacturers. It just happened again for this product and I'm glad I looked here before considering a purchase. To be honest, I don't have this device to give it a fair review, so I gave it 3 stars.

Cinemaster Pro update

I received this product on Wednesday 11th February 2026 the day before I went on vacation for seven days.
On my return Thursday 19th February I tried to setup the device which I got connected to my local wifi etc, but I am unable to store any additional apps which I would like to add such as plex and Disney+.
I found Plex in the google play store but when clicking the icon to down load it it goes to down load but doesnt appear in the apps window. I also searched for Disney+ app via the google play store and it doesnt find it but if I use my google play store on my laptop it finds it without a problem.

Quite frankly your product is not living up to what you are stipulating so I will be sending this back to you for a full refund of $318.00 which I will expect to be refunded but 26th February 2026.

I dont know what response I will get but the product obviously doesnt work correctly and I feel an idiot for falling for this scam. Product is shit.

This is an apartment block so I dont think that paying registered post charges will ensure that it will get there and be signed for. Looked it up on google earth. So, to cut my losses I have asked for a refund of 50% and see what happens. It is a total scam and the product is shit. If I get the refund I will let people know but perhaps I can get it to run through my laptop.

CINEMASTER SCAM ZERO POINTS

I sent my Cinemaster back to China and paid £33.00 recorded delivery before realising the company is a scam. (I know what an idiot !!!!!! )
The parcel is being assessed by the" destination's customs authority." I guess I can kiss goodbye to £140 and the delivery cost. I believe that not a single customer has received a refund??? Please post if you have. Wishful thinking aside, and onto a lesson learnt
ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS OF THE COMPANY BEFORE PURCHASING.

Please don't buy from this company

Please don't buy from this company. They are not trustworthy and they are not ethical. I have never used the projector I bought because I cancelled my order the same day I bought it. I realised it would not be suitable. They ignored my many emails and my ticket raised with PayPal and still sent the product. When I received i asked them how to send it back. They said sending it back would be my responsibility and I would need to post it to China. They said if they gave me back £40 would I consider keeping the product. Posting it back to China is against my consumer rights as they should have clearly stipulated on their website that returns would be a nightmare however the website says returns accepted. I agreed to have the £40 refunded but to this date nothing has been refunded to me. I then found a UK address on the box and decided to return it to this address. When I emailed them they said they could not accept returns to UK address. So no refund and no way to return the product except to send it to China. Honestly what a nightmare. This product still sits in its box and I am down £140. I am the fool.

Disgraceful

Bought the product in December 2024, found quality and brightness of picture to be poor. Tried to return product which cost nearly £30 only for it to be held in China customs and then returned almost 2 months later. Contact Cinemaster and Paypal to complain and request refund with no help from either. Stay away!

I ordered this product and quickly…

I ordered this product and quickly realised after purchasing that I Could not use the projector as the extension cord would trail across the lounge causing a trip hazard for my children. Within an hour of purchasing I emailed the company to cancel the order and I contacted paypal to let them know I had cancelled the order. The company still sent the product and stated that deliveries were automatic once ordered despite me having cancelled within the hour. When I emailed them asking how to return the product they gave me an address in China and told me shipping costs are my responsibility. They offered me a £20 discount but this is no good to me if the product is sitting in a cupboard not being used. Of course I will have to send it back recorded mail and who knows how much that will cost and who knows if I will ever get my money back. Absolute nightmare to say the least. I would suggest not buying from this company as there is no easy way to return product if it is not suitable. I have bought a few things off facebook and every time it has been a rip off so stay away from facebook adverts!!!!!

Do not buy from this company

Bought in August 2024 but this product never worked despite correct date & time setting and fully connected to WiFi. The plug pin then just fell off despite not being used at all but the company do not respond to queries or complaints for months, then when they do they keep asking for a video showing the defect despite sending photo of the product showing the broken plug. Disgraceful company. Avoid them and save your money for a better quality product from a more reputable company.

Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company . It arrived without the controller or joystick as advertised in the purchase. We decided it wasn’t for us and are trying to return it. They keep asked for a photo of the box contents then a video of it . They now say if we want to return it we have to pay postage to China . Absolutely disgusted with this company .

Returns to China

Disgraceful company.. have to contact company to return and they send you the address to return is in China however the return address on the initial packaging as delivered by Royal Mail is in Hounslow .. terrible company and item

Cine Master is not transparent on the return policy. No return labels provided.
Let customers know how to return and the terms & conditions.
Let customers know they have to return to China and they have to pay for the shipping cost
