I initially felt a little strange about paying a deposit for a car without seeing it in person first. However, the whole process with Cinch turned out to be a very nice and smooth experience. The communication was good, the car was delivered as arranged, and everything was straightforward.

I was also very pleased with how the finance was arranged, especially the competitive interest rate I was offered. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would definitely consider using Cinch again.

Excellent service start to finish - from inital contact through to picking the car up the service I recevied was excellent. Inital enquiries via the help line was informative and helpful, after I placed the order all communications were easy to understand and straightforward. Pick up was easy as well - Mo at Corby was friendly and helpful. There was no pressure, plenty of time to look at any marks or problems and make sure that it matched what I expected. It was , in some respects it was far better that I'd anticipated. One thing if you are aexpecting main dealer type hand holding and personal service, this isn't quite it - BUT it is excellent and very good value (I think I saved around £3K looking at similar vehicle on Autotrader) - follow the instructions about pick up and identity requirements and you won't go far wrong ! - I'd use and recommend again.

Bought a Land Rover Discovery here and thought it was a safe place to buy a nice expensive car from and surely shouldn't have any problems with the car. I was was very wrong. The engine warning light came on within 1 week of buying the car, then only a month later the car broke down on me whilst I was driving it on the main road. The car battery had a fault which made it not drivable. It has been at the Cinch garage for over a month with no work getting done on it because they said they were low on staff. I'm having to pay out of my own pocket for a courtesy car for 3 weeks as Cinch only provided me with a courtesy car for just 1 week. To make matters worse, the car has now been moved to Land Rover dealership because there's a manufacturer fault that the airbag doesn't work and also the battery charge fault. This is booked at the earliest date of mid September so I'm still paying for a car that I haven't had for coming up to 2 months and paying for courtesy car out of my own pocket as well. I am not happy with the service and car that I've received. At this point, Cinch need to give me the money back for my car. It's had that many faults with it I no longer feel safe to drive the car with my kids in it.

Zero pressure for the sale, they genuinely just want to make sure you're getting what you wanted.

No problems ordering the car & delivery of car. Would have liked driving instructor to guide me driving using the new services in the car which would be helpful as it was quite different to my Nissan micro also I did not expect the car a have a Manuel in it as I would preferred to be fully automatic,

We only had one small issue. A tyre pressure gauge warning light came on and we didn’t know how to turn off because there was no manual until we got home which was a bit unfortunate as we were driving down the motorway and it was a bit worrying.

Pardeep Singh , although the car was delivered late he was really nice , friendly & helpful, thorough talk about the car, I’m impressed so far , he did say I should have been given a free water bottle & umberella with the car but it wasn’t in the car wheh he collected it , could you please send me them thanks

I dealt with Max at Corby Cinch who was incredibly helpful and thorough. He spent time understanding my needs, what I was looking for and why and then provided advice and guidance. He ran through all aspects of the process and provided clear, honest guidance that led to my new purchase. Overall excellent experience with kind and helpful staff

Pradeep Singh delivered my car Saturday morning. He kept in touch with me during his delivery journey and informed me when he had arrived. The car arrived in a clean and tidy condition, having just been washed.

He then took the time to show me around the vehicle and answered any questions I had. He was very friendly and approachable throughout our short meeting.

The process of buying the car was very good. Picked up the car it looked good and drives well. Their was no service history with the car (will this be posted on?) the car was advertised as having 2 keys (working) there was one in full working order and another with the back plate missing exposing the battery and the key was missing, making it not fit for purpose. There is a some drama to the passenger door card that was not shown in the photographs. Standard breakdown equipment for this make and model where missing I have a towing eye and spurious run flat tyre repair kit. There are also not car mats included.
These points where mention at the time of collection, I have since contacted you about these issues by telephone (a very confusing automated system) within the 14 day cooling off period, the a last person I spoke to was called Haden and he said he would pass this information to Oliver and call me back, this has not happend.
In short will there be a chance to reclaim the cost of putting the issue with key and door card right?
As I feel these issues where not accurately portrayed in the original advertising.
The other missing kit I can live with, either the previous owner or somebody else must have lifted them to sell on ebay.

Really disappointing when been to pick the new car , as not washed properly and leafs in the front bonnet, broken mirror , not prepared properly at all

Easy to buy, click and pay (if paying via Cash). Collection process was simple enough, turn up and tell them name and registration plate. No demonstration of any of the car equipment. Just told that if I wasn’t happy with it I have 14 days to return. Handed the keys, member of staff stood around for a few minutes to wait for me to accept it and walked off.

No car mats, second key i was given doesnt work at all. Good customer service when delivering vehicle and simple when buying it and booking a time slot.
