While I think that Cillit products work well for their intended purpose, I stopped buying them because every bottle leaves about 1/5 of the product unusable because the stem from the spray mechanism doesn't reach the bottom of the bottle and the sprayers are impossible to remove, so I'm not paying premium prices for a product were I waste 1/5 of it.

My wife said cillit bang was a great product, (she is in a care home. severe dementia), I wanted to clean mould from my shower but am unable to do so as when I squeeze the trigger, all I get is liquid dribbling out over my hands, the spray does not work. I ended up trying to take the top (trigger mechanism) off, to transfer the liquid into a spray bottle but was unable to get the top off. A very unpleasant experience.

I recently purchased Cillit Bang burnt on grease degreaser on the advice of my good lady.
The task was to remove a thick coat of grease from the top of kitchen units for a flat that had been rented for years by people who must have fried everything.
I had low expectations but to my surprise the units came up as new.
It is rare to find a product that does what it says on the bottle.

Electric & Ceramic cleaner.
Don,t use if you have heavy burnt on residue as it will not remove it as easy as a orange bottle will. However it is good for light cleaning and will leave your job looking bright. Would I buy again. NO. If the shop did refunds ,it would go back.

Hygenic Toilet Blocks are rubbish. Fall off when only half used. Complained to Cillit Bang but complaint ignored - obveously not bothered about customers - will actively avoid CB products in the future.

The black mould remover does what it says on the bottle. If the spray bottle was refillable and Cillit offered a refill that would be good.
As we are supposed to avoid single use plastic like the plague I will not be buying another spray.

I bought some Cillit bang Black mould remover after watching it being used on the TV ads.
How naïve I was to believe the the ads would be true to life.
After getting the mould remover, I followed the instructions implicitly and sprayed it all around the mould on my upstairs windows, but after waiting the recommended 15 minutes before wiping the mould remover off, I found that it only removed what any cheap household mould remover would clear up and didn't make one iota of difference to the black mould which was on the window frames.
Washing up liquid would be as effective, if not more so, as the Cillit bang Black mould remover was.
I won't be wasting any more money buying this rubbish in the future. In my opinion, it's false advertising.

I have used basically all the Cillit Bang products over the years, and the last one will be the Electric & Ceramic Hob Cleaner, which shifted nothing other than a sale from my local supermarket shelf where I got it from.
Generally, I blame the Cillit Bang dude they use in their TV ad campaign to drive sales of the colorful and pointless water-based products and clearly a master of deception.

Should be done for false advertising. Bought Cillit Bank black mould remover to remove black mould in the shower. It did not work. Simple as that.

Purchased a spray bottle of Cillit Bang, black mould remover. Did not work on my shower. This was after 4 attempts.
But but but, did I try it on my kitchen floor (black grease) it turned out to be the best floor cleaner I have used. Will now buy again. 5 stars.

Cillit bang mould remover is the most effective cleaner I’ve used to get rid of mould round my windows and door frame. It’s an excellent cleaner.
