They didn’t have the cutter in stock…
They didn’t have the cutter in stock that I had paid for. I was contacted immediately to inform me of this. Hillel kindly offered me a selection to choose from that they suggested would be a satisfactory replacement and offered to cover the additional cost. I don’t see this level of kind and honest service very often in today’s world. After making my selection, they sent it speedily. Thank you Cigars.co.za for doing this for me. I appreciate it. I will be back to support their business again.

Great service and speedy delivery
I place my order and had my parcel delivered within 4 days. Great service ! And my cigars came in a lovely wooden box which I really didn't expect. Highly recommended if you are a cigar lover.
