Great product, Bad policies

If you are looking for a reliable humidifier for your humidor get any of the Oasis units, if you can find them in stock at resellers. I purchase an Excel 2.0 several years ago and just order an Ultra 2.0 for a second Humidor. As for the first unit, it's been working great for many years and all I need to do is refill the cartridge with distilled water every few months. I would give them 5 stars but I'm not impressed with there business practices. I recently purchased the Ultra 2.0 from a Canadian reseller because the 3.0 was out of stock. It seems they are shipping product to Amazon and not supporting their reseller, not good! They are using the excuse of a chip shortage but seem to have stock on their website and for Amazon.
