Good quality, good delivery, average after sale service
Product arrived in perfect quality and the delivery was quick. However there were absolutely no assembly instructions. It is standard practice for the rear wheel, seat and handlebars to be removed, but it is not normal to also remove the rear wheel and derailleur. This made it very difficult to assemble without instructions.

Thanks for the feedback James. We remove the rear derailleur in order to protect it from damage that can happen during the trip.

Great site to purchase cycling products, poor customer service.
Fortunately my order no. 213893 went very well, so I can recommend Ciclimattio as a gret place to pruchase cycling products.
However there was a delay in my order shipping, which I never understood since at the moment I placed my order all the products were marked as available for immediate shipping.
The reason why I rate 4 stars, is because due to the delay in my order, I created a ticket to request support, but the only reply that I received was from someone called Maurizio, who scolded me without solving my problem and after that stopped replying me anymore, no matter all the times I asked him for a reply.
