Conversation before was fine, even though the distance is quite far (I am from Lower Austria).

The bike with all my preferred parts was well mounted.
When the bike was ready for dispatch, I saw photos of the bike and later dismantled and in packing progress.. thanks for that.

The whole bike came in great condition to my favourite delivery place (as I told, it was perfectly packed .. Top Service!!)

The only little critical concern is on the delivery speed .. I know that I am not the only client ..
The process from payment to shipping was a little bit sluggish as it was communicated in an other way and I was in a hurry with my holidays.
The delivery service from DHL was very quick .. I got my bike within 3 days after handing over.
But I would place again any order at ciclimattio.com.

I was very happy with my bike purchase (Cervelo Caledonia 5) experience in terms of price, shipping, delivery speed, etc. here so I went back to them for a Garmin Fenix 7x. There were delivery issues caused by Garmin that were out of Ciclimattio's control but communication was great throughout the process and again the price was one of the best around. I finally picked up my dream bike "Bianchi Oltre XR4 Cv Disc Rival eTap 12v" at the Hong Kong Airport Mail Center yesterday. I was really excited when I opened the box. Thank you Ciclimattio.com for providing such a "high-quality road bike" ”, so that I, a lover of cycling, can buy this product. Perhaps, it took me more than two months to wait for the order, but the support service on the website has been giving me information about the progress of the ordered product, so that I can wait for the product to be airlifted from Italy to Hong Kong with great peace of mind. All in all, Ciclimattio.com gives me quality shopping and confidence in shipping!

Seller explained in their reply that the stock actually came earlier than expected, which was good!

Items came within a week - arrived yesterday 30 June 2022 - and the condition of the items were good. Thumbs up!

Prices on top equipment are very good, backordered items shipped when promised, tracking information was great and delivery was pretty fast from Italy to West Coast USA.

Decent price, ready stock and they threw in a bottle cage. Good service. I would recommend Cicli Mattio!
