I don't actually even want to give them a one star they don't actually even deserve it. The most rubbish customer service ive ever come across online, plus i didn't receive nothing i ordered from them. They should just close their website because no one has nothing good to say about them. I honestly believe the reviews they have on their website is all lies and fake. They said they have slow delivery's despite i made my order back in January and still waiting on my refund now in May. If you came here to look for real reviews on here no one has the time to lie these are real reviews and i strongly advise DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Even saying company is to much of valuable word to call cichic might as well call them fullofshit.

If u want to buy something affordable, go to shein or prettylittlething or just ANY STORE other than THIS.
Because they will actually send you the item.
I ordered a white lace dress for my grandma from CiChic. It was for my mum's wedding and I ordered it back in January and it says it's still in process up until now. Please just stay away and don't trust the good reviews, they're just full of crap.

I ordered two dresses in the end of February. It is now mid-May and I still have not recieved my order. The events I needed them for have LONG passed. I even paid for express shipping of 8-15 days to ensure I recieved them in time. I have sent multiple requests for a refund but have beem told to check my post office, or even more ridiculous, I could return the itema (THAT I NEVER RECIEVED) for a refund. This company is a total scam and I feel cheated out of the money I spent.

Glad I read the reviews before I decided to order. So sorry all of you have been scammed. Thank you for the heads up!

Beware of Sandra’s posting with a phone number !!! They are scammers and will ask you to login to your laptop in order for you to get your money back !!!! They are trying to rip you off !!! Don’t believe it!!

Chichic is also Scam!!!!! Never received my product or never received a refund!!! After sending 50 emails !!!

Wow! I wish I'd have looked at these reviews before ordering from Cichic. It's been two months and the item has not yet arrived. I doubt it will at this point. I'm going to request for a refund because it seems like it's been lost. Thanks to that reviewer who posted the number.

Ordered some items and am still waiting for them to be delivered. 2 months later.
I've emailed the company and received a really awful reply saying you have to complain to your postal provider!!!!! Awful experience with them. Amd I would be surprised if my goods ever turn up at all.

Poor customer service. Poor tracking for packages. I paid for 8-15 express shipping it’s now over two months with no product. Will be reporting to PayPal and BBB.

I ordered and never recieved my items. I keep emailing the company and they keep sending me the tracking information that says my order is still processing. I want my money back. Dont order from them its bull.

Still waiting on a Jean jacket I ordered with faster shipping. These people are ridiculous. But I will love to see them reported to the media. Which I will if the don't refund or send the item but refund the extra fast shipping costs😉

Do not order from this company!! I ordered a dress in January and paid for Express shipping it is now April and I still have not received my order. I've asked for a refund multiple times and have only been told that it is in transit and please wait. They will not provide me with a valid customer service number. I would never recommend anyone to them.

If I have read all these review won’t have ordered.I ordered for a dress worth £35 over 2weeks and yet to receive any email from d company or see my package.All I got is Paypal’s receipt.I even payed for shipping.This companies are bad in the soviety.They dent the names of good companies.

Iam so embarrassed why did I order from these sites when I know what to expect when you open your parcel cheap crap that looks nothing like the picture what confuses me is why these people sell this rubbish because surely the majority of people will be wanting a refund that’s if they ever get back to you I ordered a white fur coat omg when I opened it I was shocked trying it on was so funny i looked like the yeti the coat was huge and a funny shape it looked like it had been made with a thousand cotton wool balls so I have emailed them about a return they haven’t got back to me no surprise so I haven’t got room for this rubbish in my wardrobe so I will be putting it in the bin because that’s where it belongs but more fool me please please please do not throw your money away ordering from this site you will be so disappointed CICCHIC is a SCAM website

I ordered a dress in The end of February it is now April 7th have not seen the dress I asked for a refund and was flat out told they would only give me a refund if I send them back my order which I NEVER GOT! After back and forth emails and ongoing refusal for a refund I have no dress and no refund. Stay far away from this company!

on March 10th 2020 , I placed a order for a jacket and I never recieved it my card was charged twice one in the amount of $45.40 and the next $46.76 . I called a "customer service phone " on April 1st 2020 and asked for a refund . the foreign guy on the phone wanted me to download a app called team viewer , not understanding why I just want my money credit to my account the same way it was taken . long story short this company is a fraud . do not order from them at all . yes the website might seem legit and have cute products but DO NOT ORDER THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM THEY SAID 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS MY MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED BUT I HAVENT SEEN A DIME YET IN MY ACCOUNT SO NOW IM TAKING IT UP WITH MY BANK .
