Nice selection of product and very easy purchasing selection

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Shockingly bad clothing. Poor quality, barely resemble the advertised picture. Not fit to wear to anything. Terrible customer service. No refunds offered on acceptable terms. They offer a new item for just the delivery. That's how poor the quality is. Avoid at all costs. Worst company ever. SCAM company. Buy local. Please don't fall for this scam.

I feel so far, this has been a good company to buy from. I found exactly what I was looking to get.

The dress picture and the one that I received were not the same. They have a 14 day return policy. However, it's been 4 days and no one will return my email so that I can return the dress. I will need to appeal the charges on my card. So frustrating.

I would give a -0 if possible. This company is a scam. It is not based in the United States - it is a Chinese company and there is no real return policy. If your dress does not fit, they will offer you 10% back. STAY AWAY!!!! BUYER BEWARE. I did not read enough websites and was caught in their trap, and now I can’t get my money back.

I had no issues ordering my item however I am still waiting for delivery of the product and I haven’t received any updates

Product shipped after approx. a month even though the website says shipping within 8 days. Product is sub par and when I tried to return the product I was offered 10% of my purchase price, and after some back and forth the return was raised to a max of 20% despite never wearing the dress and their website saying “easy returns within 14 days”.

Horrible. Dress is 100% polyester and doesn’t now appear same as in picture. Tried to return and the make PROVE why through several questions. They do anything to not allow the return and you’re stuck with a crappy item, and the bill!

Customer service at Chyrbaby completely gaslit me regarding the dress I purchased. Although ordered based on their sizing chart the dress fit at the waist and hips but the upper part was horribly constructed (built in bra was ridiculous) and would cost me far more than the dress is worth. We emailed back and forth a number of times (5) with them asking what my measurements were, did I check the sizing. I sent pictures showing how the dress fit. Their final response after trying to tell me to just order another size, or to keep the dress a they will discount a whopping 12/15%. They said they care about customer service but they just gaslight you until you stop conversing and realize they are just a garbage company who cares nothing about their customers.

I would give them zero stars if I could. The dress still hasn't arrived after a month, and very bad customer support. They simply told me to 'get plan B ready' rather than telling me when the dress will actually arrive. Have asked for a refund but simply ignored my request. None of their responses make sense too. They replied saying it'll take 5-8 business days for the dress when I had already waited a month. DO NOT RECCOMMEND AT ALL.

DO NOT ORDER on their website. I would strongly advise other consumers to be cautious when ordering from this company. My experience has been very frustrating. I requested a return simply because I did not like how the dresses looked on me, which is a basic consumer right when shopping online. However, instead of providing return instructions, they kept asking for additional photos and detailed measurements, even after I had already sent the requested information. The process feels unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming, and it seems like they are trying to delay or avoid accepting returns rather than resolving the issue efficiently. I recommend thinking twice before purchasing, as returning items may not be as simple as expected.

BEWARE. This company refused to provide a credit for the dress they sent me, which was NOT the dress I ordered. Their offer of a 12% discount on a future order is laughable. The dress they sent was 100% polyester and TACKY. I have never encountered a company who refused to take a return and will NEVER order from them again.

This company has horrible customer service! Received two dresses for my daughter’s wedding. Blue gowns 1st try on, I struggled to unzip the dress. I up it over my head. Zipper never moved again and this company is accusing me that I broke it. Unexpectable!!! I don’t need this problem the day the wedding. They refused to give me a refund and won’t give me a return slip. Keep sending automated emails on it’s not their policy! DO NOT ORDER ANY DRESSES from them!!

Easy process to order and great selection of gowns

Terrible!! I received 2 gowns. One to short and the other zipper was stuck near the waist line. Hubby couldn’t even help fix it. This company is telling it was my fault and they won’t take it back. I don’t like this dress either for my daughter’s wedding. $200 gowns I’ll never wear! Don’t order anything from this company!!

The lace is high-not that "webby" cheap stuff you see elsewhere. It has a beautiful weight and hasn't snagged at all.

Nothing wrong with yhe dress it just took 30 days to arrive and I can’t use it. They will not refund my money. SCAMMERS. Disgraceful. Do not risk working with them.

The dress i ordered was not what was expected and their RETURN POLICY is horrible. The customer service was even worse!
