The company woke up from the blues and decided to upgrade members account against their wish and ended up removing all income in members' accounts for the so called upgrade.
Meanwhile the company has been struggling to keep up with paying members for about 2 months up till this time.
Since the upgrade, VIP6 no longer earns $168 but $16.8
VIP5 no longer earns $84 but $8.4
VIP4 no longer earns $42 but $4.2
In summary 90% of members' money is retained by the CHY/CHYMALL and 10% given to members which they are not able to withdraw. This is to continue until the forced loan for the upgrade is payed off....
The management has been silent and a few people are just trying to calm the other members by promising that it's for their good as it is a requirement to be listed in stock exchange whatever and that they will start earning double once the loan is repaid.
With all that's going on, one cannot help but think it's a ponzi Scheme.
They are struggling to pay members and so want to use these means to see how they can recoup more money and time....
We only hope it doesn't end so badly. I will come back to give another review if things get better otherwise it is what it is right now....

Chy mall , please pay me my money,I withdrew 30 chi point since 26th of November 2020,and up till now I have not received my cash in the bank,I have sent series of messages to the various customer care lines all they say is be patient it's over amongh,this is seriously getting out of hand.My user name is rfashola.The worst is that it's showing at my backed as if I have been paid.tjis us outrageous and dissapointing

This company is not transparent at all. They came out of the blue that they will upgrade users packages putting people in debt without any consent from the users. I did not want an upgrade....! The worst is that they took the money that I had in my back office which I have not withdrawn but did not calculate this as a credit for me. So what happened with that money and why would they even take the money from my previous package when I did not asked for an upgrade? This is very dodgy!

This company doesn't worth a single star,, it's been more than 7days that I requested withdrawal through bitcoin but up till date i didn't receive bitcoin in my wallet

But there is centre in Nigeria called LIGHT he has been busy confiscating people's products.. without any sanctions... PLEASE Management should look into this.. he is painting this wonderful concept Black.. people all over the world who are under him including me...We are not happy about this
