Good packaging, Perfect condition
Came fast, wasn't missing anything, included my preorder/weverse benefits and was packaged nicely. many layers of bubble wrap. Was a bit worried because this album is made of cardboard (I don't know why?) but luckily nothing was bent/damaged.

1) Very helpful and responding to my e-mails and quiries on time;
2) My order was delayed, but not a Chuchucherry fault. Nevertheless, the company was very appologetic and kept in touch with me.

Album came in great condition and delivery was super fast
I ordered a new jeans bluebook album (danielle ver.) and it came nicely packaged and super fast - within 3 days!! I was able to track my package using the shop app and royal mail too. I even got a photocard of jihyo ❤️❤️ thank you chuchucherry
