Great quality and service
I ordered online, delivery was free over 50. I got great deals. From ordering to Delivery was fast, emails on progression where great and the over all package was lovely too. Wrapped nicely with 2 free little hand or face creams. Will be ordering again.

Very big delay in delivery. You despatched 26/1/26, An Post first messaged 27/1 and I did not receive package until Wednesday 11/2!!! Very much outside usual timelines experienced previously with you.

Once parcels are with An Post, we don’t have control over transit times, but we’re always happy to assist with tracking or any enquiries if needed.

The staff so frieny and nice
My husband liked the breakfast, but I am a vegetarian, and the choice was limited. Dinner could have been hotter. There was an issue with the heating in the bedroom. The staff were all so helpful and nice. We really enjoyed the music in the bar.
