STAY FAR AWAY from Chronoexpert.

They are very quick to respond right up until you have paid.
After that I have not been able to contact them for almost 2 months.
I have tried by phone, email and via whatsapp.

So today my watch arrived. It's exactly a month since I paid for it. The watch is in the condition described so they came through in the end. There were confusing/ conflicting stories as to why my watch was so delayed. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. If you can take the nail biting wait then go for it. For me on reflection I'd probably not go this route in future - it was just too much money at risk I'd want to see a brick and mortar UK based supplier. But this was considerably cheaper.

contrary to website, my watch had not been through a thorough checking process and arrived not correctly functioning, on a tatty old strap. 3 months later it finally returned repaired. Poor communication throughout. I have even given them a week to respond to an email detailing my concern prior to posting this. I would not use them again.

I recently bought an Omega with them and everything was alright. It took 10 days to arrive and the product was as described. Kudos to the team, specially Alejandro, for the help offered.

Buy with confidence! Genuine company, genuine products. I recently bought a Rolex Submariner from Chronoexpert. I paid by bank transfer in haste, but it was no cause for concern. Communication was first rate and staff co-operative.
