Exceedingly easy website to use
I wanted a Tissot Tour de France watch and saw a few on different websites but Chrono 24 had far superior feedback than the others in Trustpilot that convinced me to buy from them.
The actual seller posted this to me from The Netherlands on Monday and it arrived at my door the next day in a very well packaged box. Absolutely no complaints from me what so ever

I recently bought two watches from Japan. At first I made a trusted check out request for an offer from one seller that went unanswered by the seller. After a bit of a struggle in trying to find out how to cancel my offer I asked Chrono24 for help and they promptly withdrew my request.
I then made two separate purchases from different vendors which went like clockwork (forgive the pun).
Both buys were dispatched very quickly, with full tracking and arrived within a week. I was able to pay the import tax online and this expedited delivery.
Overall an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to use Chrono24 again. The escrow system is excellent and gives terrific reassurance.

Sooth easy transaction

Nice easy platform to deal with. Having now purchased a number of watches it seems to be reliable and as long as you know what your doing with regards to buying watches it won’t let you down.

The watch is in fine condition and looks beautiful however it is consistently slow , despite winding it is approximately 3 mins slow per day

Have so far bought two watches, after I joined recently. One was from a very good Japanese seller that was very professional, and the goods received was as described and in perfect conditions. Another watch was from a Spanish seller (Openwatch Web S.L. / Watches111) that cheated me about the production date of an automatic watch (it is a very old 'new watch') so I had to return it, wasting me time and lots of money. The Spanish seller who claimed to be 'professional' was very unprofessional indeed - goods not packed safely in the parcel box (no soft filling materials for protection, and the watch moved a lot in the parcel box), and was rogue in responding to my claim. Chrono24 was first very good in helping me return and get refund, but later left it in the hands of the seller (may be Chrono24, at the end, did not want to upset the seller and lose future business/commissions from the seller). Will be very careful whom to buy from in the future, if I ever use Chrono24 again.

This is the 2nd watch I have bought from the site. The communication from them was outstanding every step of the way. Will definitely consider buying this way again.

Great company with awesome standards and great stock of watches

I have viewed a watch twice this week, looking tomake a purchase.
The watch was advertised as having the box but no papers, which would be acceptable if correct.

Today, looking to make the purchase on acceptable terms, I proposed an offer that was declined, however,
I informed the salesman that the box accompanying the watch was incorrect, being a previous generation box. A correct period box would cost circa £500GBP.

It turned out that this company had mis-represented the watch and box in their advert, perhaps inadvertently?

We could not reach a deal as I felt the company was once again "penny pinching".
