Excellent service and experience. The delivery of my watch did take place earlier than expected. Special thanks to Mr. Tacconelli at Chronext Munich Lounge who really offered a friendly, expertise and well organized experience when picking-up my watch. I can, without a doubt, further recommend Chronext.

My experience with CHRONEXT was extremely positive in all phases of my purchase. I was able, on several occasions, to reach customer support when scheduling my pick-up.
The pick-up in Munich was really great and the agent helping us was fantastic.
From beginning to end the experience was very positive.

The website is very clear and easy to navigate. Taxes, import (in CH) and shipping were included in the price. I decided to pick up the watch in person at one of their lounges where they also adjusted the bracelet for my size (no charge). Shipping the watch to the lounge was very fast and booking the appointment very easy. Mr. Chubarov, who assisted me after the purchase and delivered the watch, was very kind, friendly and helpful. Being the watch enthusiast that he is, and also provided me with some very interesting and appreciated insights into the history of the watch I was purchasing. Last but not least, the watch is just perfect and the price very competitive. It was definitely a good experience.

The watch was a little late but it was well handled and communicated and all was delivered as promised!

I’m pleased with the overall experience of purchasing a watch through Chronext. The watch was delivered on time and most importantly the condition was new as described. This was my third time trying to purchase this model watch. So many sellers on Chrono24 lie about the condition of their watches without any repercussion from Chrono24. So I was cautiously hopeful that the third time would be the one. I’m glad I didn’t give up. I have a watch that I will treasure for the rest of my life. I absolutely can recommend Chronext.

and it was perfect at a tremendous savings.
That large saving was on a very popular and near impossible to get watch.
*I'd only state that when you order you'll see a large date range for delivery. The communication was excellent & while it was not super fast delivery it was well within the time frame that was stated.
Excellent customer service, great watch !

I ordered a Sinn 903 St from this company about four months ago. Only this week they came back to say that it was out of production and they could not supply it. I replied that they then should be able to refund me my £2860 pounds deposit immediately as this takes no time. They replied that I should wait until the end of next week (i.e 8 business days) to receive my refund. This strikes me as the start to something sinister.

I wrote this review after misreading an email they sent me as them paying me at the end of next week.
They actually replied saying they will pay me this week.

I was so happy to receive the watch 2 weeks before the estimated delivery date, smooth transaction, and a very friendly stuff. Would seriously consider Chronext to buy a watch again in the future.

Incredible time piece. Their service just impecable. Arrived in Spain in just 4 days.

Very good experience except for one detail: I received my watch with the crown unscrewed... Probably nothing too bad but I was surprised as the crown is supposed to be screwed not to allow moisture to get in the watch...

Very efficient, went the extra mile to source and deliver what turned out not to be an easy watch at a great price. Totally satisfied, would definitely recommend and use again.
