Ordered on the 16 July 2025 and up until today 12 August 2025 I have not received my print only a tracking number that wants me to put my card bank details that I’m unwilling to give. This company has no phone number the service is unacceptable stay away at all cost. Order. CP4391.
I ordered a print as an anniversary gift to my wife in May of 2025 for our anniversary on June 26,2025. It is now August 11,2025 and still no print. The only correspondence that I receive is the ones that I have initiated. I am highly disappointed with the performance of this company

This company is a scam. They take months to deliver your order. Then they messed up the order and didn't refund us. Total waste of money and time. Don't shop here!!
I ordered 3/28/25. Today is 4/17/25 and I’ve yet to receive my order. “Olivia” says she escalated to see what’s wrong but never got back to me like she claimed. I have to keep reaching out to them and my order still says “processing”. She claims there was a “delay with the shippers that’s out of their control”. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTISING CLAIMING TO BE UK BASED WHEN THEY ARE IN CHINA! IF THEY AREN’T SCAMMERS THEY’RE CLOSE ENOUGH!

Today is now April 24th, only after I disputed with my bank did they “create a label” now it’s been returned. “Olivia” said they received the dispute and I was refunded and emailed but she is lying and I never received anything. They are truly scammers! BEWARE!
I was looking for something that represented our family in a meaningful way, and this was exactly what I needed. It’s now the heart of our home, and I couldn’t be happier!
Buy these prints at your peril. The frame the prints are stapled to are flimsy as the sides are not secured together causing frame to warp with print stapled to it. Overall the product is crap and what you get is not what you see. To fix my problem I would need to take the print to a framer to see if he can do anything with it and it would be expensive. I would say keep your money and don't order from thus website unless you want to receive a product that doesn't measure up to its intended use. They think it's OK to send warped crap that cannot be hanged properly and charge you expensively for it, so keep your money and look elsewhere you have been warned
15 days later and still waiting. Tried to contact them without success. Says its a UK company but looks like Asia based. Would like a refund and also quite annoyed that they claimed it was a UK business when it's clearly not produced in UK.
The Custom canvas turned out beautiful! The colors are vivid, and the process was so simple. It even arrived sooner than expected. I'm very impressed!
